I'm yet to receive my monetary incentive from my mortgage provider Accord from Emma Lovell at prosperity Law LLP. My house sale went through a month ago and so far my emails and calls have been ignored and I'm still trying to get the money owed to me AFTER sending Bacs details weeks ago! Can't say the communication from day one was great, weeks/months went by without any contact, I Would not recommend.

Having decided to purchase a new-build property, I found the prospect of exchanging contracts in 4 weeks a rather daunting objective but Warren Kaye and his team at Prosperity made it a smooth and trouble-free process. Everything was performed in an extreemly efficient way and the developer's sales representative remarked, several times to me, about just how efficient she had found the process of dealing with them.

Then, when it came to completing on the property later in the year, the steps were explained calmly to me, enabling me to get the funds lined up and completion was performed smoothly and without a hitch.
