He has expert knowledge, and completed the work with skill and care within about 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable (much less than half of the online quote from Autoglass) and with a 7 year warantee. The engineer was excellent. An appointment was made for next day and he called prior to arriving. He was very knowledgable and re-assured me the windscreen fitted did not require recalibration due to his install method. The engineer operated at a high level and did not leave any debris after the install. Had to take his business card. Will recommend to everyone requiring a windscsreen.

I needed an emergency repair to the windscreen on a weekend and after calling various companies in North London spoke to Stefan and was offered a sensible estimate for both a chip repair or if unrepairable, replacement windscreen.

We called Prime windscreens initially to get a chip in our windscreen repaired. Unfortunately during the repair the windscreen cracked in the same area as the chip, due to a weakness in the glass caused by the initial impact. Stefan sourced and fitted a new windscreen within 24 hours at a amazingly low price. I think if we had gone to one of the big companies it would have been 5x the cost. Stefan has done an extremely neat job fitting the new windscreen and ensuring position sensors etc. all worked. At all times Stefan was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using his services again if needed.
