Firstly
Firstly, delighted we got tickets. It did however take 46 mins on the website. It kept throwing me out, which meant that the original tickets were lost and continued to get lost. I guess that cant always be helped. It took several times to succeed. Thank you

Disgraceful customer treatment
My experience; they organise an event, I bought tickets to see an specific artist, quite normal. Out of 3 artist, 2 were not on the final show, including headliner. This was not enough to refund the money. Because with this company as per policies, you buy for a named event, not to see artists. Disgraceful, fans go to see artist they like, treat your customers better.

Easy to use experience
Easy tracking in relation to Gig information, tickets and details, waiting list used too which was great and gave anyone without a ticket the opportunity to purchase one if someone cancelled, smooth system
