If I could give less than one star

If I could give less than one star, I would. Do NOT let the 5-Star reviews fool you. Move on to another provider. The poor reviews from 2023 and 2024 are in identical form, affecting our business in late 2025 and 2026. All staff have moved on, and Press Hero gave us no notice. We have been paying this business for web hosting, WordPress assistance, website development, and online Training courses for over three years. We discovered that the online training courses are completely not accessible. In November and December 2025, Robert Rooke, the owner, simply vanished and refused to return calls or respond to all efforts to reach him. This is inexcusable. They still charged my credit card in January 2026, despite doing nothing for us for months. Run far away from this company. I can't even remove my credit card from their portal. Everyone should call their banks and issue stop payments.

I Highly Recommend PressHero

I have been using PressHeros services for several years. They revamped my website which looks great and has produced sales. I find they respond in a timely fashion when a problem arises or when I have a question that needs an answer.
I would highly recommend Robert and his PressHero staff for your website needs along with the other services they provide.

I also had a terrible experience

I also had a terrible experience. Failure to fulfill promises and the work itself, constant lies and reasons for non-fulfillment.
The contact is terrible.
Complete disappointment.

I don't recommend it. No work was completed for 1000 CAD.

Don't work with them, you will regret it!

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Presshero for website speed optimization. From the outset, I was led to believe that Robert would be spearheading my project, promising prompt and efficient results. Not only was I charged a hefty optimization fee, but they also saddled me with a recurring monthly subscription fee.

As the weeks turned into months, their communication became abysmally sparse. I constantly found myself pushing them to resume the project, only to be met with radio silence. It was shocking to learn later that Robert Rooke, who had left my project hanging, is the very owner of Presshero.

This isn't just a mere case of poor service; it's a blatant disregard for client trust and commitment. I've been trying to secure a refund, but it seems they've vanished into thin air. Regrettably, I am now being forced to take legal action.

I implore anyone considering Presshero for services to think twice. It's been a costly nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Beware.

UPDATE OCT 2023: After posting this Trustpilot review, Robert, the owner, suddenly reached out. His message was filled with a litany of excuses ranging from illnesses to deaths in the family, and more. He didn’t ask for a "second chance" – given the multiple chances already afforded to him – rather, let’s call it the "fifth chance". He assured me things would genuinely be different this time, promising that my website would be ready for testing within 4 days. Predictably, those 4 days turned into weeks, followed by the all-too-familiar radio silence.

Robert now ignores all forms of communication, be it chats or emails.

I've been in the IT industry for 20 years, and I've never encountered such atrocious service or anything remotely close to this debacle. This company is a complete and utter disgrace.

Regrettably, I find myself having to involve my lawyer once again.

A sincere word of caution to all: steer clear of this company. It will cost you dearly in more ways than one. Beware.
