extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Power Alna while following up on a warranty claim for my coffee machine, which has already been with the store for a week.
When I arrived at the service counter, there was no one present. After waiting for some time, an employee eventually appeared, clearly uninterested and visibly annoyed that I was there. The interaction that followed was shockingly unprofessional. When I explained that I had been without my coffee machine during the warranty process, the employee dismissively responded, “You won’t die without coffee,” and then simply walked away.
At no point was I confrontational or rude. I approached the situation calmly and simply wanted information about my case. Instead, I was met with indifference and disrespect.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. This was the fifth time I’ve had to deal with this particular Power store, and the service has consistently been poor. Each interaction leaves the impression that customer concerns are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists.
Customer service should involve basic courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to help. What I experienced at Power Alna was the complete opposite.
Based on repeated experiences like this, I cannot recommend this store.

And to hear that your experience isn't just tied to this most recent visit, but that it has been a repeated pattern, concerns us greatly.
After having been in contact with our store, I can see that there has been a resolution to your case, which I am happy to see. But I am saddened that this has been your experience still.

Order Disaster
Disaster of a company – avoid at all costs
I ordered on 11.12.2025 for my son’s birthday on 22.12. Today (29.01.2026) the order is still not delivered.
Customer service has been contacted multiple times and does nothing except give false promises and lies. “Soon.” “Today.” “We’ll update you.” Nothing ever happens.
This company completely ruined my child’s birthday and clearly does not care. No responsibility, no solution, no respect for customers.
Power.no is unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent.
If you value your money or special occasions, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Absolutely unacceptable.
