I purchased two tickets for a show that was later cancelled. Since the cancellation, the company has made no effort to communicate with customers. They do not respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, or phone calls.
This lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I sincerely regret purchasing tickets from this company.
We had booked tickets for The Poem of the Journey (Shere Safar) on September 25, 2025, at Central Hall Westminster, London, with the understanding that Mr. Behrouz Vosoughi and Ms. Googoosh would be attending as honorary guests.
Approximately 15 minutes before the show was scheduled to begin, we were informed that Ms. Googoosh would not be attending. As her presence was the main reason for our attendance, we chose to leave and informed a member of the event team of our decision at the venue.
Since then, I have attempted to follow up via WhatsApp — the only method of contact provided — but despite numerous messages, I have yet to receive a clear response or a refund.
