Thanking your team for their creativity and whimsical products, My only regret is I can't buy everything I want right now but, I'll be working on it. Love my custom beach towel.

I placed an order on May 10th (Order # 30674) for $514.98 with an estimated dispatch date of June 7th. I still have not received my order.

June 8th, I requested a status update.
Jun 11th, Konstantinos Petroulas replied and said they would let me know “right away but this may take 1-2 working days”.

After almost a week of no response, I went to Facebook and was messaging with an employee of the company. They advised me to contact customer service again.

June 17th, Marvin Njie responded and said my order would be shipped to me “within the next three working days”. In addition, he stated that he will “keep in communication with the factory to make sure that this is produced and shipped to you timely and secondly, i will making sure that i keep you updated with our progress”.

I followed up with him on June 24th, asking for an update and he has not responded. Note this was one week after I was told it would be shipped within the next three working days.

This company has failed to product a product in 7 weeks. It is 22 days after the “estimated dispatch date”. There has been no communication as to what is the status of my order. They charged my credit card the full amount back on May 10th so I highly suspect fraud. I highly advise against ordering anything with them.

We love our towels!!! They are so adorable, soft, the perfect size (got medium).

I emailed a question and received a response within hours - unheard of! THEN I had some customization questions/changes, and they emailed me back and forth multiple times, including pics and options. Customer Service like this is unheard of - I truly appreciated it! Can't wait to see the towels once they arrive!

Customer Service is superb!!! I ordered my custom towel and realized I did not change my eye color. They were happy to help and were able to modify before going to production!!! Cannot wait to get my towel!!!

I am so happy with both of my towels I received one being for my daughters for her 16th bday and I could not be so so happy I just love them both, I have told family friends & co-workers and they can’t wait to order there beach towel.

Change an order submitted.

I had submitted an order that I wanted to make a change to. I emailed Popmoji and explained my situation. I received a response back within 24 hours. They asked me to let them know what I wanted to change. That very day they told me they made the change (sent me an updated picture) and resubmitted my order. The help from the staff was so understanding and efficient. I have ordered 4 towels and absolutely love their work. 6 stars from me.

I ordered a beach towel for my oldest daughter and when it arrived we loved it so much I ordered 3 more for my other daughters for our beach trip. These are the cutest beach towels I’ve ever seen. The quality is good too!!! I’m hooked!!!

how can you run a business with out customer service, I have been trying for weeks to place an order, you can not pick up the phone to call for help you have to email and wait, then it still does not work.

I am talking bout 7 towels , not one and still can not get my order in, guess i will see if other site can make them..

Wow, I was so thankful that Carla, from Customer Service was able to correct my mistake on my order, in which I choose the wrong hair and eye color. I hit confirm by accident... not realizing the one character I made wasn’t correct... I wrote them
Asking if I could correct it- and it was amazing- they could!! They put my order on hold til I fixed it... and they said they made the corrections.
I am so thankful it will be the character I wanted. I bought 3 beach towels- hopefully they will all be correct!!!!! I’m excited to see them. Thank you again Carla... you were so helpful and pleasant!!! Have a wonderful day yourself!!!! ❤️🥰

I ordered this towel for my niece 49th birthday. Though it did not come in time for her birthday once I contacted customer service they respond quickly and corrected the problem. My niece loved the towel.

I have not received my order yet but so far any questions I’ve had were answered promptly. I know others who have these beach towels and they are very good quality. I look forward to seeing my order when it ships.

I bought these for a family vacation. They are so cute and everyone loved them. The size is great and the colors are vivid

The order process was easy. However, on my first order my towel was defective. On my second order they sent me someone else's towel. Hence, the 3 star rating. I did contact customer service and the issues were successfully and swiftly resolved. I would order from this company again. LOVE My Towels!!

Bought a towel as a gift for my daughter's birthday. However I was sent a totally different order. Sadly customer service don't operate on weekends. After commenting and putting negative reviews they replied to me. They sent me a replacement with the right order but it didn't make it on my daughter's birthday. It was 3 weeks ahead the first time I placed my order. I was very stressed with my experience.

Customer service was outstanding! I ordered 8 custom beach towels for my nieces and nephews for Family Lake Day. One of them had a couple of areas where the design appeared to have pulled up. I emailed customer service and they immediately rushed a replacement which turned out perfect. I'm so excited to gift these in a few weeks, and get a pic with all the little cousins together with their towels!
