Besides the towels being perfect and great quality, the customer service is absolutely outstanding! I have never dealt with a company with customer service this amazing. Communication was easy and fast and Tiffany went above and beyond for me. I can't thank her enough for everything she did. I have honestly never experienced this kind of assistance from any customer service before. Thank you again!

Excellent service and super cute towels. So much fun to make and one towel I had ordered out of three I ordered I made an error on and there was a small flaw on it as well. Their customer service was superior and they responded back to me in one day and totally remade one towel for me and sent out the new towel to me in a very timely manner. Can’t say enough good things about this company! I will be ordering more for friends and family. So much fun to make the towels and enjoy the final product.

What an amazing company! First the products are great and they look fantastic. This is my second time ordering from Popmoji and I could not be happier. Second, customer service is truly unmatched. They are quick to respond and so incredibly helpful. I will definitely be ordering again and I will pass their name on to anyone looking for unique gifts!

My towel was great upon arrival. Funny and cute. Soft, a bit thin for the price, and smelled very much of chemicals. So it needed to be washed before it could be put away. I followed the instructions, also washed the second popmoji towel that I had ordered and a couple of flat, thin gym towels. I took them out of the washer to hang up and the second popmoji towel was perfect. But my towel was covered in lint and pilled.

I hung the towels up to dry as required, and I hope that I can find a lint shaver to try to clean up my towel to save it. Otherwise it's awful looking now. So disappointed about this one towel.

I did email the company but have not heard back.

I ordered the personalized towel. Upon receiving, there was a section where there was some threading missing. I reached out to the company to let me know as well as pictures.
Wow! A replacement towel is on its way.
They have excelled my expectations.

I have seen the ad for these towels on Facebook many time and thought they were extremely cool and fun! I was hesitant because 1. You never know what you will get off FB ( I heard horror stories)
2. And because of the US exchange it was going to be more than I would ever want to pay for beach towels.
Now with that being said my best friend never wants or needs anything for a gift but loves all inclusive vacations! We were booking a girls trip and thought "why not try" ! So after designing her avatar I decided I wanted one also so I ordered one for myself as well. It was so easy to order through facebook and then I was sent a tracking number the next day. I wasnt sure if I was going to receive them on time for our vacation because they had to go through customs and the tracking wasnt being updated daily. The last time I checked they were on the Canadian side of customs but not moving for days. Later that same morning I had a delivery and my towels arrived....3 days before our trip. They were beautiful! They really washed well and fluffed up! My friend LOVED her and had it with her everyday on a beach chair. We had many people contact us about the towels that it sounds like there are going to be alot of inquires and orders for more towels! I know we will be ordering more for family and friends. The towels I got were amazing!! Even when I forgot to change the color of ones hair it was quickly fixed the next day before shipped off. Also the quality of the towel is super soft and I recommend the xl size

I wanted to order something special for my sister vacation this year and came across this website. I was a little skeptical on paying the price for 4 beach towels and really not knowing the quality of them. Got my order today and was pleasantly surprised! They not only are very cute they are super soft and really nice quality! Definitely happy I ordered them!

I ordered 9 personalized towels for our group vacation with friends and they were a huge hit! The attention to detail and all of the various unique features you are able to add to the towels is truly unique. The quality is great, the towels are so soft, and the colors are very vibrant. Amazing customer service, I ordered 10 custom towels, not only did they make corrections for me after I placed my order, BUT the quality of the towels and the custom characters are worth every penny. I will Definitely order and recommend popmoji to everyone looking for a personalized and fun experience. Please take shipping into account as I live in Canada so it was a bit long, but nothing to do with the quality, customer care or a reflection on the company. Popmoji is a 5 star for me.

Popmoji is exceptional! They have a creative product that allows you to personalize your beach towel. The towels are absolutely gorgeous. They have vibrant colors and a soft texture. All three people loved their towels and posted on Instagram immediately. This product is an awesome gift for all ages! They are well worth the price and seeing the smiles on their faces! Definitely a gift they will always remember and use!

There was a small issue and Popmoji gladly replaced the item quickly and without any hassles. I didn't think there was any way I would get it in time, but they did it!

Well i only at first purchased one towel.I just was not sure. After receiving the first beach towel I fell in love with it and my granddaughter loved it.
