I ordered a dress for my wife’s birthday. I knew the size might be slightly off, but Popilush assured that exchanges and returns were very easy. The dress arrived a week late after ordering with express shipping, and it is not the right size. I don’t mind but now I’ve been trying to return the dress and have gone through their process multiple times but just keep receiving the same automated email. Never giving me a return slip and when I try to contact their support Number I just get an automated system that only lets me leave a voicemail. Very disappoint after spending $200 on a single item.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I canceled my order before it shipped and was told my refund would be processed, but months later, I still have not received it. Customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I’m writing this review to share my disappointment with this company’s policy and customer service. I returned a dress and was given a store credit for the amount I paid. Although I didn’t pay close attention to the fine print at the time, I assumed — as most customers would — that store credit for money I already spent would remain valid indefinitely.
When I tried to use the credit, I was told it had expired after one year. I contacted customer service, and despite explaining that I simply missed the expiration detail, they refused to honor my original amount and only offered me $10 off my next order.
So the company ultimately kept $66.41 of my money, even though I returned the product and received nothing in exchange. I’ve genuinely never seen store credit treated this way, and it feels extremely unfair to customers.
Policies aside, good customer service is about doing what’s right — not hiding behind technicalities. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the opposite, and I won’t be shopping here again.

Their clothes run so small you'd think they were designed for exceptionally fashion-forward garden gnomes. And despite the giant, glowing “NO HASSLE RETURNS!” plastered all over their site, the fine print basically says, “Haha, just kidding.” Translation: you buy it, you own it—whether it fits a human or not.
I just dropped over $150 on items I cannot wear, cannot return, and cannot even regift unless I suddenly befriend someone the size of a medium-sized baguette.
And let’s talk about the mystery box, which should be renamed the disappointment cube. Normally, a mystery item is supposed to feel like a fun treat—something with more value than what you paid, right? Not here. Their $29 mystery box included an item listed for $30, but they run nonstop 10–20% discounts, meaning the “mystery” was that I actually paid more for it. Stunning twist! M. Night Shyamalan could never.
Customer service? I’ve been emailing them for a week. It took six full days for someone to respond—longer than it takes to ship a package across the globe by carrier pigeon.
“No hassle”? Absolutely everything they do is a hassle. A choose-your-own-frustration adventure.
We all have choices about where we spend our money. Popilush had their chance. They blew it. Hard.
UPDATE: Because apparently the plot can thicken.
You will notice a good number of reviews expressing frustration with the return/exchange process. Popilush is good about responding here in a professional & reasonal manner. The reality is very different.
So Popilush finally reached out and said they would do an exchange after all. Amazing! Progress! Light at the end of the tunnel!
…Except I had already opened a dispute with my credit card company because, you know, their “No Hassle” policy is actually “Choose Your Fighter: Hassle Edition.”
So I closed the dispute—like a reasonable human trying to meet them halfway.
And the SECOND the dispute closed, Popilush pulled a full cartoon-villain swivel in their chair and said, “Actually… no. We changed our mind. No exchange for you.”
This is a Michelin-rated level of audacity.
In summary: Popilush managed to take a bad situation, promise to fix it, and then unfix it the moment I cooperated. Truly an art form.
“No Hassle”? Honey, the hassle has its own zip code at this point.

They left an entire $119.00 dress from my order. And the other dress I received has holes all in the arms.
I told them I don't want the replacement dress as I'll receive it after the event - they told me that I'll love the dress. I don't want the dress, I want my money back because I had to go buy a dress somewhere else for the event.
They told me to "refuse to receive" the dress from the shipper. But their service UniUni just drops packages off at the door.
The experience has been a nightmare. I regret trying to buy a dress with them.

If I could give this company a 0 star review I absolutely would. I placed an order for a dress for a wedding I was attending a month before I needed it. After almost 3 weeks of not shipping(even though my order confirmation said it would ship in 3 to 5 business days) I emailed the company with NO response. I had to resort to writing this on Facebook to finally get one response then NOTHING again for days. I reached out multiple times via different methods and finally got a response saying my dress was out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock any time soon and I could choose from a list of replacements (which literally had nothing even remotely close or wedding appropriate on it) I asked for a refund and still have not gotten anything back from them or another response. Yesterday they sent an email stating that if I didnt need anything else they were closing my ticket. I have now asked for a refund multiple times and still nothing so not only did I never receive my dress, I'moit over $100 and its not looking like i will get my money back since i cant even get a response. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

I love love their clothes and dresses. I will continue to buy from there but I do want to call out something that's happened to me multiple times. Sometimes an item doesn't ship, and it does say to wait up to 15 business days. Which I do. Both times after I reach out and ask about it, and both times they tell me "please kindly wait a little longer" and then immediately my items are shipping. It doesn't matter if I wait a little longer or not, I get the same message. At this point I do think sometimes they miss orders and this is just a way to place blame elsewhere. Outside of that I'm 100% happy with the product.

I ordered 2 dresses on October 2, 2025. Got tracking number with 2 days was excited as both dresses looked beautiful. Id ordered 5-6 times before and have loved their products. However this $290 order never showed up. I emailed asking for an update when the tracking number stalled after 3 weeks. They offered a gift card/ store credit for my purchase. I politely declined and asked for a full refund as im not going to spend another couple hundred dollars at a store that cant get me items ive purchased with my hard earned money. Back and forth with a "customer service rep" where they continue to say my package may show up. At this point ive filed a charge back with my bank as im not going to play this game anymore. Definitely take your money elsewhere as they are no longer worth it.

I have ordered a few different items from popilush and their clothes are great quality. Most recently I got caught up in a “mystery box” offer for an additional $30 upon checkout. I was hoping for a dress or maybe an item that had been discontinued - what I received was a catsuit that I could have purchased for $21 on popilush amazon. I was so disappointed. I won’t fall for that again.

I want to love Popilush but their customer service is terrible. I ordered a body suit for an event, received an email that my order would be shipped out in 2-3 business days. Five business days later my item still hadn’t been shipped out. I reached out to customer service as my event was getting closer and I didn’t hear back for another four days. They say the item is out of stock and they have no idea when it’ll be back in stock. They offer an exchange or refund, I request the refund. They don’t process the refund, they send me a link to “request” a refund. I’m still waiting to see if my refund has been “approved”. On top of all of this the body suit in question is still listed as in stock on their website site. I have to wonder how many other women are having a similar experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company will take your money, send you the wrong item, and REFUSE to give you a refund. I have contacted them several times, been strung along, and then they refused to give me a refund. I am reporting them as fraud to my credit card company, BBB, the FTC, and in any other way I can to save others from losing their money. Stay far away from these frauds!
