Scam
Couldn't buy a car because their website is broken. This company is a total scam.
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. Their website had technical issues that prevented me from completing a purchase, and I struggled to get a full refund. Customer service was unresponsive, and I felt misled by the process. Based on my experience, I would caution others before signing up or sharing personal information. I recommend researching carefully before engaging with them.
Emails do not get replied to.
Communication is done through WhatsApp.
The issue occurred in February 2024.
More than a year later and no refund.
Their auction rules and guidelines are bias.
As you can see, they are still "trying to resolve" the issue in 2025.
