Great Start, fantastic finish!!!
Message the backbone support team about a part I mistakenly threw away, not only did they respond within 24 hours but they offered to replace the missing parts at absolutely no cost to me. Very refreshing to have such great customer service and when you pair it with such an awesome product, IT DOSNT GET ANY BETTER THEN THAT!!!!

Backbone support team responds quickly, professionally, and whole heartedly. They are clearly trained not only on what they currently offer, but given resources on past items so the team can be informed. They answered my question, and gave me additional resources for any follow up questions. In other words they anticipated my needs. In a digital world that often seems lacking now, but backbone team has found a way to weave that human aspect in their support. It's nice to see. Keep up the awesome work!
