Thieves, fraud, be warned!!!!!!!
The product I received does not fit my tv, and according to the company I purchased the power board, If seal on the package haven’t been broken they would send me a full refund. I’ve sent the package back on my own expanses, and the company did not send my refund. I wrote them to ask when the refund would be on my account and they answered that they received my package with a broken seal. Luckily for me. I’ve filmed and photographed me comparing my old board with the one I received to make sure the new one would fit, but they were diferente, thats why I had no need to open the package it came in. They said they would send me a picture showing that the package had a broken seal, and the picture I received from them shows no broken seals what so ever. They are just trying not to pay me back!
So my last resort was to open a case on PayPal. Two days before the deadline they answered PayPal and offered a fraction of the full amount as refund; I refused the 70,00 euros because they own me 99,00. That’s where I lost the case because I didn’t know I had to “supine” the case. Once they took so long to answer I missed to Supine as I had no idea that I had to do that, and the case closed and I didn’t get a single penny as refund, plus these thieves stole the motherboard I had sent back.
