Horrible experience in Basel, the main door was locked and I couldn’t get my stuff for two days, I called their emergency number and no one picked up the phone!! Never again!!

Bad pricing policy
I've been a PlaceB customer since 2021. The storage unit was clean, and using the app was acceptable after some practice. I was a satisfied customer. Shortly after the pandemic, the first price increase of around 25% came. I accepted it reluctantly. The reference to economic circumstances was understandable. Now, starting in July, it's supposed to be another 13% higher, which can only be explained by greed or operational inefficiency. Apparently, they're trying to get rid of long-standing customers so they can then attract new ones with higher rents. I've canceled my subscription. There are other, cheaper providers with good storage conditions and fewer app-related gimmicks

Great service
Great service.
I did rent a room at their location in Olten but I couldnt enter the country due to closed borders because of the Coronavirus.
Placeb was absolutely great as they gave me all my money back as they were very understanding.
A great example of customer service.
