Was treated like a burden and annoyance. Drew a blank when answering Highway Code questions and was shouted at and berated for being stupid. I left and called their manager who was equally rude and nasty. Told me I didn’t know the Highway Code and that it was part of the terms conditions (I have a basic knowledge and it’s not.) I had the opportunity to answer 2 questions in a car park (not a classroom as stated in course brief) and was given 2 seconds to answer before being yelled at. They had no helmets or jackets suitable for an average sized woman. Either large or X large. One medium jacket that was far too big.
Also made some judgey comments about my age and lack of license.
And then called a liar by the woman who answered the phone. If you’re a true beginner, go elsewhere. They had no patience or interest in training. Left in tears. Cheers guys!

Thanks to booking team for flawless process. And most of all Gary instructor who kept whole lesson fun and easy to learn. Pleasure to spend the day with him. So easy going and knolagable. Asset to phoenix.

The instructors were knowledgable and helpful and also could take a joke / give one. Overall good CBT - equipment on site was good and the bikes were as well. Wickham site has a hall with tea/ coffee machine and toilets as well so can take a quick break when needed. Ride in afternoon went really quick and route was varied and challenging at points. I’ll be contacting them again for my A licence!

Done my cbt with Gary the instructor who was absolutely amazing. This is my 3rd cbt over a period of 6years and always use the same company and would never consider going anywhere else.

The experience and no pressure. The course was ran fantastic. Highly recommended 👌

Both instructors very calming gave clear and precise instructions at same made you feel calm as though you weren't on a test'made the whole day enjoyable experience learnt an awful lot 'would highly recommend

Passed my CBT with Marc yesterday and did my training with George and Sophie, they all did an amazing job and I’ll definitely use them with further training

Had my CTB yesterday on a 125 manual bike. For someone who had never ridden a manual bike I felt completely supported by my fantastic instructor Gary. Would highly recommend

Used phoenix to complete my CBT the booking process was easy and communication was great prior to the day. On the day Paul was brilliant made the day enjoyable and was very knowledgeable.

Phoenix motorcycle training are very thorough, and highly experienced.
I have taken my CBT with them several times now and am now getting ready to go for my full test under there expertise.
They are very friendly and give support and advice in a way that doesn't put you down but helps you with your confidence and trust on the road.

Had a very good experience, instructor was very experienced, clear with instructions and equipment was available.

I did my TryRide session with Phoenix Fareham, immediately followed by a CBT day in their Wickham center. Phoenix are very efficient when it comes to communication, they reply to emails promptly and address all the queries. They've been handholding me from the step one of my motorcycle journey, which is most appreciated, as I had zero experience with motorcycles. My instructor Paul was phenomenal, very patient, professional and encouraging. I couldn't be happier and I already have a few CBT Plus sessions lined up with Phoenix, as well as my future DAS training.

Instructor was spot on and friendly team would reccomend 100%

I arrived at Wickham feeling apprehensive but I was put at ease straight away with a very chilled atmosphere. The trainer was very patient and made shore I had achieved the set task before moving on to the next one. The 2 hour road ride at the end of the training goes very quickly and is a mixture of different roads and roundabouts. An earpiece is used to give directions on where to go. I highly recommend the company I used, and would definitely use them again when I hope to progress further with my riding.

Having never even sat on a motorcycle before, the team made me feel confident and able very quickly. The whole day flew by, even with horrible weather. Definitely going to progress to my full licence when able. A highly recommended driver training experience.
