Lesson was easy to follow and Ben was very helpful.

Its all about the instructor, Ben was awesome, patient, and very thorough. You can see and hear he is passionate about bikes. Extremely friendly too...if you're going to learn come here.

Tackled the heatwave during my cbt and lost, came back for a special continuation provided by trainer Ben who was brilliant. Patient, kind and a great attitude, I was in fantastic hands and felt confident. Thanks to the Pheonix office team and Ben for all their incredible support. Don’t pass up the chance to learn with these guys!

My husband and I completed our training at Watford today with Ben! We wish we would have found him earlier, he was absolutely amazing throughout the whole day, super friendly, welcoming and professional. He made us feel completely at ease and his teaching methods were incredible. For myself, I get totally overwhelmed normally with difficult and lengthy instructions due to neurodivergent struggles, Ben was incredibly understanding of this and super accommodating and made sure that he taught me clearly and that I was comfortable with instructions. Cannot recommend Ben enough for training and will definitely be completing as much of our future training towards a full license with him! Thanks so much! Kerrie and Rob :)

Ben was fantastic with my CBT. Made me go from having no idea how to get into neutral or do a U turn, to driving down busy roads and dual carriageways for fun and with confidence. Now looking forward to getting full license with these guys!

Purely 5 star because of the instructor Paul at the "Watford" location. (Bricketwood Social Club) He believed in me more than I believed in myself at times and his patience and teaching style was great. Thanks Paul for making my day special and enjoyable.

Paul my instructor did a fantastic job getting me through the course so patient with my errors and mistakes and also the way he taught everything to how to get comfortable with the bike it was just fantastic so much appreciated

Another fun day out ! It was indeed very hot , Ben made sure we had our frequent water breaks throughout the course.

Ben was very patient with me as I’ve never been on a geared bike before but with his confidence and instructions gave me hope and confidence myself !

I felt a lot more confident this time around after getting a swing for things after being on a ped for my cbt !

I did a few pre-CBT lessons and my CBT with Ben and he was so helpful and a great instructor. The other instructor Paul who was at the CBT was also very helpful and thorough in his explainations.

Will definitely be going back for further training to get my license.

I started doing Pre Cbt lessons about 3 months i did 2 hours slots with Ben my instructor as i had not ridden a bike ever before.
My tution from Ben enabled me to pass my CBT today his patience knowledge of bikes and just being a great teacher got me through my test today.
Paul also help me towards the end and on the day of the CBT the school is amazing the style of training is great the reception staff who took the bookings where fanatastic especially Jackie.
So i wanted to thank you all as passing my CBT at 60 is a big thing for me it will also take me on journey for a full licence.

Done manual CBT at the Watford location with my brother, both of us had never ridden a bike before and Ben was a great help teaching us what we needed to know and getting us riding safe on the road. Training was clear and Ben had a lot of patience when we were doing manoeuvres teaching different techniques when struggling. Would definitely recommend for others.

Ben was a great instructor, very clear and very professional. He took his time to ensure me and my brother perfected each task for the cbt training, following this, the ride on the public roads seemed very smooth and safe thanks to his clear communication and instructions.

Amazing teacher, walks you through everything extremely clearly. From someone with no road experience, he made me feel confident in what I’m doing before getting out onto the road, and making sure I am doing everything correctly/safely. No pressure on me whatsoever, he just corrected you politely which is the best way to teach someone something new. I highly recommend this member of staff for someone who’s trying to get into the motorcycling hobby or wants to commute and have that freedom.

Paul and Ben were superb instructors (with the support of Sam) for my CBT - incredibly informative session, calm and clear instruction and plenty of time to practice anything we weren't clear on. Felt completely confident in their hands by the time we got out on the road. Will definitely be recommending to others.
