I attended a workshop with Phil on using social media for marketing as I have pretty much zero knowledge in this area. Phil is generous with his time and knowledge and helped me find some short term and longer term strategies to put in place.

Brilliant workshop where you learn the do's and don'ts of marketing your product and services across a number of tools whatever your level, new to business, 5 years in....you'll find relevant information.
