A Brilliant Service Provided by Kamil & Ollie

A brilliant service provided by Kamil & Ollie!!🌞They gave me great advice, & also some learning about the behaviour & habits of rodents!! They were so kind, patient, & understanding as I rambled on in a very stressed state!! I can't wait for them to return in 2 weeks, by which time hopefully, the rat problem will be dealt with!!🙏🏿 Further to that, Kamil's inspection report to me has been forwarded to the Estate Manager, who responded immediately by arranging for a Contractor to fill the holes in the nearby bin store - the most likely point of entry into my property😟 I would definitely recommend Pest UK Wednesbury - especially if Kamil & Ollie's high standard of professionism & excellent customer service is anything to go by!!🌞

Rat problems are genuinely stressful, so being kind and patient while you talked it through matters just as much as the treatment itself, and we're glad they got the balance right. It's brilliant that Kamil's inspection report has already got the Estate Manager filling those holes by the bin store too, finding the likely entry point and getting it sealed is what stops the problem coming back.
