This tool just doesn't make sense at all.

Perspective is the worst marketing funnel tool that tries to charge you an extra cost on everything, even you have subscribed already.

When you try to do these:
- Connect to any 3rd party tool (costs you £80 more every month), so you can't fully automated your workflow;
- Customise your form (it offers very limited options);
- Remove their logo on the form (treating you like a free user);
- Add more than 2 funnels;
- Read full performance KPI data.

They will charge you extra.

Solution:
Just use Claude or Gemini to build you the funnel, it's much cheaper and enables you to truly make changes.

I have been getting charged for over 6 months by Perspective after cancelling my plan with them. They have not explained or attempted to solve the matter.

Great for funnels and lead generation. Support team is quick to respond also.

I am a owner of a small Business and Perspective is great for us. We easily could build the mobile funnel it works great for Meta Ads and we also use the CRM and the automations. The customer support team is very friendly and so far always could give me a quick solution. 100% recommend.

Amazing platform that has transformed our business!

I just wasted an entire day building a funnel on this platform. The AI builder not work - half of my friends that were testing the funnel could not see the embedded calendar on the page.

This is obviously a reason not to use the AI builder, so I decided to build it manually, spending another entire day building out my funnel. All of this just to find out, in the end, that the button that I had built into the page (that was supposed to scroll down to the bottom) was not doing anything when I tapped on it, and nothing I tried would fix it.

There was no support available over the weekend, and so I had to wait several days to publish my funnel and ultimately decided to just go with another funnel hosting provider.

I would only recommend this platform to people with extremely simple funnels. And even then, it might be a better idea to go with a more affordable and intuitive platform.

Working with it already for a few months and did the yearly subscription.

The amount of receiving leads is capped (additional leads cost money until you upgrade)
Basic features like adding Google Tag Manger cost additional money over 80€ per month

Adding HTML parts on the Funnel? Charging extra!

I just want to use basic features without being charged hundreds on a monthly basis for using that.
Please be aware and look out for other platforms.

Very intuitive tool. In general, the customer support is really good and the docs are also helpful. It’s one of the few tools that has had a real impact on our business efficiency and therefore also on revenue. There are a few points that could still be improved, but for us they are more nice-to-have than must-have.

Super product. Lead Generation has never been so simple. This is the Iphone of marketing software.

Pretty big waste of money. Over $1200 for the year and still haven't seen a benefit. The funnels, that are supposed to be so easy to customize, take forever to make. Instead of making a section where you add your checkout link so it can be added to all the buttons, you have to literally edit each button. If there's a way to do this, it's not easily found and the ai chat bot never understands your questions so it couldn't help me. Every button has to be checked. God forbid you miss one, your funnel will go out like that. It seems it would be easy to add a section where you can add all your links or main info so that it can be autopopulated throughout the funnel, but instead you have to go through each page. This is so inconvenient and time consuming. I don't recommend this at all. And the price is sooo expensive for what it is.

Thinking of applying to work there … didn’t ask for a CV, just questions like “what is your salary range”, “what qualities reflects who you are”
And you pick your answer.

And I got rejected and emailed them why and Polina said “we are looking for candidates who align more with the role”, like woman … you don’t even have my CV, how do you know I don’t align with your requirements?

signed up for the free trial but never ended up using the product. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial and was later charged over £500. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted their team explaining that I had never used the product and asked if they could issue a refund.

Any company that genuinely cares about customer experience would usually show some flexibility in situations like this. However, they refused to provide a refund.

This suggests they are more focused on collecting the fee than building long-term customer relationships. It’s disappointing that they would rather risk a negative review than resolve a straightforward issue over a £500 charge. Very poor customer service.

Pretty terrible software and very overpriced. They charge an extra $84 for every single little feature add-ons and they barely provide any value. Very little can be automated and everything is very manual. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU INTEND TO GET A LARGE NUMBER OF LEADS

Small businesses beware! I was completely mis-sold this product for my business and have lost thousands with zero return!

Lots of talk and big promises are made about the results that can be achieved; be very wary before investing money in the services that this company offers.

I was completely mis-sold their lead funnel product and the results that can (or cannot!) be achieved, by following their guides step by step.

It was sold to me as a no-risk investment by their Chief Marketing Officer, Niels Klement; with a money back guarantee if over 500 visits have been made to the platform with no leads.

599 visits to the funnel I've created and 0 leads later, and they are refusing to honour the refund guarantee made to me in the sales session.

I would not recommend using Perspective to generate leads for your small business.

Software is a joke. Buggy when you start getting technical with it. It doesn't send data properly via webhook. Customer support is a joke if you ever need to fix anything. Billing model is a scam and a JOKE!

Expect to have to pay for EVERYTHING.

You want and API? UGRADE.
You want to store more than 300 lead? UPGRADE.
You want to export your own contacts? UPGRADE.
You want to do anything above the base layer? UPGRADE.

Expect to pay $600+ as a moderate user. So dumb these guys will be out of business in 2 years. People will just build their own funnel app with AI and save the monthly reoccurring scam costs.
