The only good aspect is that it is convenient at Ezeiza Airport. Then it is all bad. The woman there was almost nasty and put in a completely wrong email address, even though she had my correct one. I subsequently get many messages/texts from Personal about plans, even though I had already just bought one. They give me a telephone # but have a completely wrong name associated with it. I went to a Personal store the next day and the worker told me "Oh, the system has mistakes. Ignore it." I try to get help on the phone but they speak so fast that I can't understand (my Spanish was learned in school and although I read it fairly well, it is another thing to have it thrown at you like a machine gun). I strongly suggest you try other options - there is free wifi at Ezeiza so you don't need it to get oriented.
