I ordered 11 Periea boxes from QVC and put them aside until I could use them...when I got down to the last 2 boxes, small and medium size, the hardware was not the right size to expand the boxes. I contacted Periea and I submitted picture and orders from QVC showing purchase date and issue. They sent the replacement items but with a fee if 23.16 to be paid for the replacement! When I refused to pay for their faulty merchandise, I was told it was bc of tarrifs which have not been implemented. They refused to send the replacement to me without paying for delivery!!! What kind of reputable co has this kind of customer service wanting me to pay for them replacing their faulty merchandise!!! 😠 😡

I have bought many household storage boxes from Periea and recently had to contact them about an order and Chris from customer care immediately dealt with it. Great customer care and very good products. Couldn’t be happier !

I’m thrilled with the handbag organisers from Periea. They’re beautifully made and so useful. Really speedy service too. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

I recently purchased six of the large storage boxes. I misunderstood the ordering procedure and CHRIS at Periea could not have been more helpful. He sorted my problem to my complete satisfaction.
The boxes are a great size and hold all my wool - almost! Only a knitter will understand!

Fantastic products. Have loads of different size boxes. I use some for bed sheets, duvets and towels in my linen cupboard. I had a slight problem with one box bought recently, this was sorted out and replaced within days. They are very robust and stylish, seems a shame to keep them in a cupboard!

I recently bought a pill organiser for a Xmas present, it was lovely. The order came on time great service. A little hiccup in the fact that one of the pill sections would not stay closed. I contacted customer services and they were brilliant, they sent a new one out straight away, what wonderful service and so pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this site.

The order was delivered promptly. The organiser was great in size and quality but unfortunately the wrong colour was sent. When I emailed customer services they were very apologetic and helpful. They sent another out straight away. Good customer service is so important and I couldn’t fault theirs.

Bought some drawer organisers on Ebay, good quality at a decent price and arrived quickly. They originally sent the wrong colour, but after I emailed them they immediately sent out the correct version and let me keep the others on top.

Very quick replies to my email.
The zip broke on my suitcase cover. I bought it last year but only used it twice. I contacted the company and they replied within 1-2 hours. Every time I replied to their emails I had the same quick response. They kept me updated on progress. Excellent customer service. Very professional. They are sending me a replacement.
I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone that wants products from them.

I spent weeks trying to find shoe storage options and finally came across this wonderful website !

I brought ‘Katy and ‘leah’ shoe storage boxes and they are the best I could find anywhere, I am so happy with them I’ve just ordered some more, I will definitely be shopping here regularly!

I have ordered from this company several times. The last time my order got lost in transit. They were fantastic, they were so quick to reply to my query and send me a replacement order straight out.
There products are great quality and well priced. I will definitely be using them again.

Customer service is outstanding.
After a problem with the size of the original organiser received Periea arranged for the correct size to be dispatched with no issues

Products from this company are held in high esteem by QVC… but dealing direct with Periea is quite another matter.
The website is poor, overwritten in parts and has spelling mistakes. (Drawer spelt ‘draw’ in at least 2 places… how ironic as this a storage company 😂)

Customer service is poor, (actually, non existent) - will not answer calls or respond to emails.

Amazingly I received a reminder that I had left items in my basket… which I had … because I was unable to complete the sale because their website is not functioning!

Lesson learned.

Following a conversation with Chris in Customer Services, I am please to say that Periea have redeemed themselves.

They fulfilled an order that I placed in the belief that it couldn’t / wouldn’t be fulfilled … but to my surprise, I have received the complete order, in a timely manner and have even received a phone call from the company.

The products appear to be of good quality - so no complaints there… but perhaps a more accurate eye needs to be kept on proofreaders… you really can’t misspell ‘drawer’ when you are in the business of selling storage solutions! 😂

Started off by ordering a handbag organiser and have become obsessed with their stuff! Excellent quality, fast delivery and perhaps most importantly, the customer care has been outstanding - it’s exhausting dealing with some companies when things go wrong.
I was surprised to see negative reviews on here as their feedback on eBay is so good. I can only comment on my experience with them and it couldn’t be better. There has been a mixup with one order but they really went out of their way to sort it out swiftly with fast response to emails etc. Well happy.

This company is amazing: I thought I'd ordered the wrong size suitcase cover and returned it - no problem. Then I decided it was actually correct: I was driving them mad and they were sooo patient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I definitely recommend Periea. 5*****

I recently ordered boot storage boxes which failed to arrive. I contacted Periea who were brilliant - responded very promptly to my email and arranged for the order to be resent. My items arrived within a couple of days and very very happy with the size and quality of the boxes and the excellent customer service

Such terrible customer service . Order sent with missing items and incorrect items . Only managed to get 50% correct .
Needed the missing items to be sent overnight , but still waiting for them to be sent out .
Proceed with caution when ordering .
The fabric storage boxes are fabulous . Just let down by an inefficient despatch service and lazy customer services .
Post script .
Finally got it sorted after the warehouse and customer service man came back from his holidays . He was very efficient and did send my missing pieces out over night.

I purchased 3 suitcase covers 2 years ago and unfortunately they were not waterproof so I had no use for them.
One year later I decided to sell them on Ebay to try and recoup some of my loss.
I just received a threatening email from the Periea Legal team to remove my items from Ebay.
I'm a little confused as I always thought that when you purchase a product you then own it to keep or sell as you please.
Well obviously not according to this company
According to Periea I do not have permission to use their brand name or description to resell their product.
I have 2 days to take my periea covers from Ebay or they are commencing proceedings
I don't think threatening your customers is the correct avenue to take & it is disgusting behavior to bully someone and threaten legal proceedings when they are literally trying to sell what legally belongs to them.

Beware....future customers...hopefully they don't start threatening you after purchase.

I had ordered a set of 3 Christmas storage boxes. I was supposed to get 1 small one with compartments for the baubles, a medium and a large one with an Velcro attachable lid each. Probably due a package error I ended up with the small box and 2 medium boxes but 1 medium and 1 large lid. I asked for another large box to get the set at least complete which I got immediately resent, which left me with one surplus medium box but without the lid. In a further email I asked whether I still could acquire a medium lid to complete the odd box. To my surprise I got that lid sent as well. They have gone out of their way to complete the order to my satisfaction and I want to commend them in particular for their correspondence (quick and uncomplicated) and their generous goodwill to send me the additional lid. To be honest I have now a set of 4 boxes. They are ideal and sturdy, and I highly recommend the products and the company. Great attitude for customer satisfaction. Thank you.
