Terrible experience
Terrible experience, was never told that pens were on backorder. Fulfillment took almost 2 months. After multiple calls, finally talked with a very helpful supervisor who was able to correct problems.

The pens did not turn out anything like the logo preview looked. it was very smudgy on arrival. they have only offered me a 30% off discount. Very disappointed in this.

Poor communication with wrong orders
Better communication with orders go wrong. The expectation via the customer service automatic reply is 24-48 hours; however, I have gone one week after communicating a wrong order (mistake by the company) and no communication or resolution has been communicated. This was part of our order and hence why I am giving 2 stars because the other part of our order was correct, but not very timely.

pleasant experience
The web page was easy to navigate, it was easy to order also. The pens are great and the personalization was very nicely done.
The only concern I had was it should be a little clearer that if an item is on sale, you cannot use the first-time buyer % off coupon.
Delivery was timely also.

Ordered pens, have order several times in the past to hand out to our supporters. A nice product. People loves these pens. One comment I do feel the shipping rates are too high.

It was outstanding!
So, although my original order was not to my liking (color was not showing up on product and font was 2 small). They did everything to correct the problem. CS was also great at following up. And not just an email! I got a phone call from a live rep that took great care of me and resolved my problems. Kudos to their CS!
