Poorly made products
Products were very poorly made and not as requested. Our company logo was inaccurately & sloppily placed on 300 stylus pens with scratches. Our concerns & complaints were not taken seriously, we were given excuse after excuse along with ridiculous request of photos when over 15 photos were sent showing flaws in their products. All but 36 mugs are useless & we would never choose Pens.com to represent our company again, as we take pride in how our patients view us.

I couldn't figure out how to adjust it how i wanted and then i was pleasantly surprised when they shot it back with an adjustment that happened to be exactly what i had in mind. Will be ordering again. The pens are awesome too.

I didn’t like how the color came out in the print
The order was delivered fast, I ordered pens and black shopper tote bags with my blue logo on it, on the review they sent for the bags the blue color looks brighter but in person it is too dark so I didn’t like how the color came out in the print and on the pens they are good quality.

This company is sooo deceptive
This company is sooo deceptive. Then the customer service person speaks another language so resolving a problem is unnerving. In the end I asked them to NEVER email, mail or solicit us EVER AGAIN. They advertise one thing, then charge you another. They lack transparancy and send all kinds of gimmick like advertisements, then charge you double. Beware. There are many other pen options... find someone else to do business with. You will be grateful.
