These pens were exactly what I wanted. I ordered them and then waited. Finally I got a call saying that the blue ink was not available, would I take black. Having no other option I said yes. Then the order finally came and the logo was blobby. I uploaded the pictures as requested and was told that they would reprint them. When the proof came again to approve, I responded back that although the proof looked good, the actual product did not so I had some concerns about approving. The response I got was they understood but the pens would be fine. The 2nd batch arrived with a white logo, not black and there were black streaks all the way through the white lettering. Very disappointed with these pens.

The product is exactly what was advertised and expected. Attractive, and more importantly, functional.. so far anyway. Writes smooth but it will take time to observe the duration of the ink.

We are very unhappy with how these pens came out. The ink or paint does not appear to be compatible with the plastic material, as the design is missing in several areas on multiple pens. In addition, the design is blurry, and there is a crease in the pen that runs through the printed area, making our website difficult to read. The area along the crease is noticeably blurrier than the rest of the design. Overall, we are very disappointed with the quality of this order.
