Points are expensive to purchase

Points are expensive to purchase. Pay travel is a pain to deal with and ALWAYS stuff up my bookings. My business paid $12K to buy points last year and I still get a C grade service. Amex Platinum is a bargain in comparison and you get a premium treatment

Ridiculous platform!

I've gotten my first 3 pays from my employer. They use pay com every pay had been wrong it had to be fixed. Every single one. Including my pay for next week. Unbelievable! They keep asking me to approve my check which is 20 hours short. Would they approve their party if it was 20 hours short. Ridiculous.
They even have it set up that you can NEVER get the 2 day early pay which I've always gotten. ( If you have the right bank). They will however give it to you only if you use Vault as your bank. Otherwise... Too bad your have to wait. I find their entire system exhausting. I have to constantly go on it to make sure they have my info correct. I've never thing. From time to time I have to pitch it on their app. It never works. NEVER. SO I LEAVE EMOS RIGHT ON THE DAY AND GIVE MY HOURS. NO ONE EVER LAYS ATTENTION IT SEE IT. SO I LEAVE ALL THAT TIME UNTIL I FIGHT WITH AND NAIL TO GET IT. AND IT TOOK 2 MONTHS UNTIL I COULD USE THE TIME CLICK AT WORK. IMAGINE WHAT I SENT THEY TO GET MY PAY THEN. OMG.

This company is ridiculous.

This company is ridiculous.
First of all, this platform does not offer transparent pricing structures, you are forced to contact the sales team. Also, you are not able to sign up, you have to "apply"?! WHAT?! serious? I understand that this is a way to prevent abuse - but other platforms prevent it too, with the difference that all terms are transparent and you do not have to "apply". This business practice just annoys me - I prefer to pay on another platform more than integrate pay.com only one of my platforms.
