Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I had a serious problem with my order, but I received no refund and no proper return resolution. What made it worse was being blocked from contacting customer support by email when I was trying to resolve the issue. I expected basic after-sales support and a fair return/refund process, but my experience was the opposite. Very disappointing and still unresolved.
