Went to Majestic Theatre to see a show…

Went to Majestic Theatre to see a show on February 28, 2026. Dinner before the show. Paid for 5 hours. We got back to the lot 20 minutes late and got a nasty letter entitled "Notice of Non-Compliance" with a bill for $92.00. Ridiculous.

Do not park at parking.com lots

Do not park at parking.com lots. We were over our paid time by 20 minutes and got a mailing that we owed $92. After disputing they said they would lower the cost to $72. This is the game after talking to others. I tried getting it lowered to the prorate cost or even an extra hour cost which they deny. Bottom line there are already numerous complaints on this companies business practices. I’d choose another lot

Money Grab Parking Lot!

On May 10, 2025, we went to a show at the Majestic. I paid $28. for 3 hours of parking. The show ran a bit longer than I anticipated. We returned to our car about 30 minutes late. The lot was mostly empty. There was no ticket on our. windshield .Five days later, I received a letter demanding payment of $95. That fine is so high, it feels like extortion. This was the Main Street Lot on 240 Soledad. I'll never park there again, I've shared this experience with my friends.

Bad experience

First, none of the parking kiosk in the lot worked. I had to pay to park on line from my phone. What if I didn’t have a phone?? While in my room at Embassy suites, when doing so from my phone I was asked for license plate number. I did not have it memorized and entered the wrong number initially resulting in me having to pay again after leaving my hotel room and retrieving the number. Now that I have paid how do you know I paid? Bottom line, fix your kiosk! I ended up paying over $100 and could have just paid $60 for a valet park at the hotel.

Easy and convenient.

Easy, convenient, and well lit in the evenings. Very close to the theatre for shows. Spots can be a little tight with bigger trucks in Tx and would love to see a security presence of some sort.

Unexpected.

I received a bill for 92 dollars because I went over my time by 30 minutes. Why didn't the company just add another hour to my account?
