It took 3 DAYS to scan all the files on this PC and an external drive. 50,000 files. Then your program insists that I do not have an account!!! For which I just paid you $70! NOT a good experience. I used to use Ccleaner and then it wrecked one of my PCs so I switched to Panda. Now I see Cleverbridge bought Panda. Seems the same experience is going to repeat. NOT happy.

Terrible customer service
I received assistance from a Spaniard customer service representative on the phone call 1 917 341-2063 (AnyTech365) on October 18, 2026 at 12:10 pm. Although he resolved my issue, he treated me rudely and with very little respect—even I had to call him a second time because there was a PDF document he asked me to find that I couldn’t locate, i.e., he lacks the patience to assist customers. After the problem was resolved, I told him he should treat customers with more respect and patience, and reminded him that such call was being recorded. He told me that was my right and that I should speak with Felipe Cortés (I didn’t understand who he was), and I asked him to repeat his name so I could write down the name of the person I spoke with, and he told me he wouldn’t do that because he had already introduced himself at the beginning. The quality of service provided by this representative was terrible; I don’t know if he was going through a personal problem—which is none of my business—but that doesn’t give him the right to treat me the way he did.
The reason for the call was to see if there was a possibility of a refund of $54.95 for the automatic renewal of the subscription for one license expiring on 10/18/2026, since I no longer need it because purchased a subscription on 10/16/2026 for three licenses. The representative told me that I would receive the refund for the aforementioned amount within 7 to 9 business days.
I filed this same complaint a few days ago but didn't receive any answer from you.

Certain amount of difficulty resintalling. If it's a renewal I can't understand how it can't be automatic instead of having to disintall and then reinstall.
