Inaccurate images to advertise products.

I purchased a weighted vest from Pacearth via Amazon based on the product images and descriptions. The Pacearth weighted vest was supposed to have two adjustable straps but the actual vest only has one. A chemical smell is also noticeable. But, what really disappoints me is how this company misrepresented its product by using fake images and fake reviews to bait and switch the product being sold. Amazon is well aware of my complaints but don't do anything about it.
