No OYO kit used to be provided, tooth brush, food served 1st time was having good and correct amount but later they reduced the portion. No breakfast and no Wi-Fi

Oyo in Dundee revolting.
I stayed at OYO hotel in Dundee. It was appalling. Room filthy, woodlice and flies in the room. Pubic hair in bath, lights barely worked. Kettle didn't work. Headboard vile. Breakfast basic and cooked food inedible. Service apathetic. I could continue but life is too short.

Room was neat and clean
Room was neat and clean. Washroom was also clean. However the tap of the washbasin was not working properly but the staff attended the issue immediately.
Overall experience was good.

Room alloted was 105. Toilet flush doesn't work. W C seat cover was not there. Wash basin spout not fixed.
In room no chair,no shelf, no coat, cloth hook, the room was dusty and walls are sooo dirty.
