Been customer for over 3 years. Always was helpful but the last job working on bmw 22reg, crupted the vehicles Ecu while clearing the crash shut down. Had to order new Ecu from dealer costing me 1250£ and they won’t take responsibility and eating my time further by saying they did not cuased and insisting on it which was a clean lie.

A great addition to our business - one of the best things we have done in recent years. Very professional, fair and and a passion to help and do the right thing for us.

I was a customer of osca since late 2019 iv carried out numerous jobs, and with success thanks to the technicians! iv even recommended many companies to join your service! (Never again). The last 12-18months have been appalling on the customer services side, if your face doesn't fit your really not welcome. This is a company solely there to provide a service in return to earn money not a friendship club!!.
Iv had no option but to leave due to the attitude on the customer service side, this has like I said only been in the last 12-18months, when Claudia was there I found it to be a lot more productive then it is now and a pleasure to deal with. This review is after seeing a post on Facebook saying "we value what you have to say" really?.... No one has valued my say otherwise I wouldn't of had to leave this review today!.

A good example of how a professional company should be. 1st job went as planned ( 2021 Renault Master ECM update) The software & system is super slick. Very impressed so far.

Had an additional spare key to program to a 2017 Cabstar vehicle all tools we have in stock failed Osca 15 mins job complete, don't use Osca that often but as a back up thumbs up

UPDATED TO OSCA 2 THE TEAM WERE GREAT, HELPED OVER THE PHONE TO SET UP, ONCE UP AND RUNNING I WAS ABLE TO LEAVE THEM TO CARRY ON THE TASK, AND ONCE DONE AND A PHONE CALL LATER WAS BACK ON SITE TO HELP FINISH THE JOB,

Without doubt the best tool in my workshop. Guys are always very helpful and quick to complete tasks in my workshop so no need to visit the stealers.

I've been using the guys at OSCA for around 6 months, always very helpful, very patient and they do get the job done. I used OSCA today to fix a Fiat Doblo van with DPF issues, Martin the engineer did a fantastic job of sorting a van that has defeated 2 other garages and spent 2 weeks at a main dealer! Very happy with them.

Kieron adapted a secondhand cluster and programmed keys quickly and efficiently for me saving a huge amount of money compared to the car having this done at the dealership. Top guy!

I had a car that multiple garages could not fix it had been sitting around for 8 months went online with Osca and Martin saved the day really appreciate it always a pleasure

We had a customer contact us with a non starting Audi A4 TDI that had been to 2 other garages and had over £2000 spent already and hadn't run for over a year.
We diagnosed the engine ECU was at faulty, no injector trigger, the customer obtained a second hand unit which OSCA coded and programmed within a few minutes and it ran and started, the smile on the customer's face when it started was priceless Thank you to the OCSA team for a excellent service as always.

Kieron was the same ECM update on customers vehicle was easy with his help and fixed the problem. The osca 2 is so much better than the older version. Just a quick message to say how helpful and positive one of your operators (Ian ?) was today programming a new gearbox module for for C4. 
Despite internet connectivity issue, resolved by switching to hard wire and a problem or two with the actual programming, he calmly worked his way through it and got the job sorted!

I've been using OSCA and do alot of diagnostic demo's with this tool and all I can say is what a cracking tool for it's price fantastic customer service the technicians who deal with your headache job's take all the stress away I've just had a job today for a t6 transporter with retrofit led front and rear lights the bulb indicator light on contacted osca as this wasn't on the application list and Martin gave it a shot and successfully deactivated the bulb monitoring system a big thank you to the osca team see you on the next one Jwm automotive.

The team was very helpful coding a second hand instrument cluster. It turned out the keys were not genuine and could nt be coded to it. They were very helpful in guiding me in the right direction and got it all sorted for a very fair price.
