Great site to buy from which you can't find in local store
Buying from this family run website for a while.exclellent services.
it's some fuc.king company, there are people who can't put a return label on it. somehow they sent the wrong product that I bought on amazon to send me a paid return label and from a week they send a label that I have to pay for no idi.ots.
I had a problem with a product I ordered and did not expect to have it resolved. Instead this company did a follow-up with me and not only did they solve my problem in a quick and mannerly way but made me feel like I was an important customer. I would highly recommend this company as I would not hesitate to order from them again.
Do not buy anything from these people ☹️☹️☹️
Placed an order via Amazon for some medical dressings, a week later I received an email from Amazon saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. Strangely the items are still listed for sale on Amazon at the same price.
I purchased some Hygea Hands & Face Body Wipes (200) for my massage business through Amazon on 25 February 2020. It is now 14 April 2020 and despite Online4Perfume stating that they had dispatched and I would receive between 29 Feb - 3 March 2020, I have still not received the product. I have repeatedly sent emails through the Amazon site to request a complete refund due to not receiving my order and have heard nothing at all! I am now in the process of informing Trading Standards and have already informed Amazon and my bank, all the evidence which is now apparent sways me to believe this is a FAKE COMPANY - BUYERS BEWARE!! P King
I ordered a perfume on the 27th December 2019 expecting it to arrive within a few days. It is now the 19th February and I’ve not received the perfume. I’ve tried calling them and they never answer the phone, I’ve emailed repeatedly and sent messages via their website asking for either the perfume I have paid for to be sent, or for a refund to be issued but they have simply ignored me but kept my money. This is not a genuine honest company, so spend your money elsewhere. I am contacting my bank to report them and will be contacting trading standards, so I will see where that gets me.
Update: After leaving reviews on here and other sites, I received no contact but they did process a refund today (21.01.2020).
Recently placed an order in good faith with online4perfume.com via amazon.
4 days later I received an email saying we have cancelled your order as we advertised the wrong price.
As we haven't dispatched the item you will not be charged.
Very poor service. No offer to supply the item again, just a generic "We have cancelled" your order email.
I certainly will never buy anything from this supplier again.
