Please be careful using this company. I didn't receive the 'free gift' with a purchase of the OnePlus 13 when I explained this, OnePlus said that it was too late to report this (the late reporting was due to a delay in the courier delivering the package) they said that if I didn't send the product back with the free gift I never got, I would be fined the cost of the free gift circa £150. So I had to order another phone with the free gift included and send this free gift back with my original phone. The stress and cost of not recieving the product has been frustrating. I have followed the complaint process but have only received an email to say that someone will be dealing with my case, I have followed up several times for a response but have received nothing back - they are actively avoiding me. Don't believe that they will follow through with any sort of promotional offer.

Update just happened now my battery doesn't last a day. They think we are stupid and it will make us buy a new phone. Maybe but it won't be a one plus phone once they rip.you off. You have lost that customer forever

Very disappointed with the whole purchase process.
I was looking at the OnePlus 15 phone today oneplus ireland oneplus-15, where the price is shown as €949, and there is supposedly an additional €100 discount, which should bring it down to €849. However, once you add the item to the basket, the price suddenly jumps to €1099. Then again, at the final stage of checkout, it changes to €998 — which still doesn’t match either the advertised price or the expected discounted amount.
To be honest, this feels quite misleading. The price shouldn’t be changing at every step of the process like that.
I wouldn’t recommend this until the pricing is made clear and consistent.

I’ve been a loyal OnePlus customer for over 10 years and have purchased multiple phones and accessories over that time.
Unfortunately, a very simple issue has completely changed my view of the company.
I ordered three charging cables, which were delivered damaged. The courier returned them to OnePlus, and since then I’ve been left with nothing — no replacement, no refund, and no resolution.
Customer support has been extremely disappointing. Communication has stopped entirely, and their so-called “investigation” — which was supposed to take 5–7 days — has now been ongoing for several weeks with no progress or updates.
It’s incredibly frustrating to go from being a long-time customer to feeling completely ignored over such a small and easily resolvable issue.
I am considering other brands.

Update: they emailed me to advise if a new flash sale the following week, which worked out slightly better. The free Gifts seem to go out of stock quite quickly though, so don't hang around if there's one you specifically want. Phone arrived 2 days after ordering (didn't pay for quicker delivery), so overall very pleased despite initial concerns.
Orig: Tried to buy the OnePlus 15, when it was on sale. Got through to checkout, when it then said out of stock. Next day it was miraculously back in stock at the non sale price.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with OnePlus.
I placed an order worth £1971.99 and paid for priority delivery. The parcel was never delivered to me.
After chasing this for weeks:
• DPD confirmed in writing that the parcel was lost within their network
• I was asked to complete a lost parcel declaration, which I did
• I was then asked to file a police report, which I also completed
Despite fully cooperating with every request, OnePlus has now refused to issue a refund or replacement.
As a customer, I have done everything possible to resolve this properly, yet I am being held responsible for a delivery that never reached me.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a high-value order. I am now having to escalate this further due to OnePlus refusing to take responsibility.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering high-value items, as resolving delivery issues appears to be extremely difficult.

Very efficient customer service. The phone was not suitable for me and the refund was done quickly with good communication throughout.

Disappointed with OnePlus support. My case failed under warranty, but since it’s out of stock, they forced a voucher on me instead of a refund. It's a 'pay-to-recover-your-money' scheme. Quality and service are clearly declining.

I purchased oneplus bullets wireless z2 anc before 6 months, working well, value for money

This company has lost my earbuds for repair and still hasnt found them or send a solution acceptable. Takes about 14 days to get a response. They claim not to have sufficiant information while the relevant documentation has been given multiple times. This is also the company that leaked my data a few years ago
Edit: still no response from the support division

Phone is good. But after sometime time green line appears on screen. And their is no clue where should we contact. No support team is willing to answer.
Should avoid using oneplus phones.

UPDATE: The proforma response to my review from One+ proves my point: it includes a link to their useless support page that has only answers to trivial FAQs and no way to address any real problem you may have (no chat link or phone contact).
TRY IT BEFORE BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS!!!
Horrible website, buggy and counterintuitive, customer service is inaccesible, (chat link is broken and no phone no provided).
Link on website to create RMA for return of unwanted phone also broken, unclear how to return it.
I cannot comment on the product quality, but if you encounter any problem prepare for a communications nightmare.

I Payed full including for express delivery as I wanted to get it as soon as possible, for a phone it came as a package deal which with included extra items and looked to good to be true.
After payment they didn't deliver was sent back as failed delivery, I contacted OnePlus and said they will investigate,
I get a email 15 days later.
" regarding the stock for the replacement, the watch and phone are not available"
What is going on with OnePlus, I loved their products but this has placed a bad taste in me. Very disappointed

I got a great deal. I got the oneplus watch 3 and the buds pro 3 for €250. They shipped fast (to Finland) and the buds are awesome and the watch is good.

I am extremely disappointed with OnePlus India service handling. My OnePlus 9R developed vertical display lines. At the authorized service centre (QDIGI Kalyan), staff accused me of using a duplicate display without proof. Later the claim was rejected citing “Liquid Ingress,” but no internal inspection photos or LCI evidence were shown.
The phone has never been opened or repaired. It works perfectly except for display lines. This kind of false allegation and non-transparent warranty rejection damages customer trust.
I request OnePlus India to conduct a fair re-inspection and maintain service integrity.

ordered a oneplus pad go direct from oneplus, from the get go was incredibly laggy and kept freezing. Spoke with oneplus who ordered me to send it back to them which i did...
4 weeks later they emailed saying there was a fault (in this brand new 1 month old tablet) and they will "fix it"
5 weeks later was sent same tablet back, low and behold, freezing every 5 minutes switching itself on and off.
Called them again and guess what, they want me to send this back again, at this point they've had it to fix longer than i've used it and now they want it back again instead of sending me a new one, nah!
For the love of god, do not buy Oneplus products (never settle hahahaha laughable) they send out faulty products and its a NIGHTMARE to get them to sort.
Weeks for replies in emails, bad slow and terrible products.
Stick with google or Samsung who sort issues within 24 hours

Don’t be fooled by the marketing. OnePlus claims the Watch 3 has an IP68 rating, meaning it should be fine for swimming. In reality, the water resistance is a total scam.
I used my watch during a run in heavy rain, no pools, no diving, just normal outdoor use. The watch failed immediately. When I sent it for repair, OnePlus Support told me my warranty is VOID because of "liquid damage."
How can a watch marketed for fitness and swimming be "voided" by rain? Their Terms & Conditions (Point 7.1) are designed to trap you. They claim "exposure to liquid" is a misuse. If that's the case, the IP68 sticker on the box is a lie.
To make matters worse, they want to charge me a £30 "rejection fee" just to send my broken, defective watch back to me. This isn't just bad quality; it's the worst ever customer service.
STAY AWAY if you plan on actually wearing this watch outdoors. It’s a "Meda in China" disaster that can't handle a drizzle.

I have a One plus tablet which was fine initially then it began to lock up occasionally and now it locks up daily.
Update: 26th February 2026
Received, from One Plus, a website link which of NO use as it does not support the tablet I have.
1st March 2026
Still no further info provided by One plus.

I ordered a smartwatch and never got delivered. Mailt around for more then 3 weeks and still no solution was provided like a refund or new product was send.
OnePlus customer support only wants a police report that the package is stolen, but here in Europe that is unlawful because they have to prove that you did receive it if they think you are lying.
Now I have reported as fraude because they took my money and didn't give anything and given that as police report number. (This was suggested by my local police authorities).
I just find it sad that company that deliver pretty good products has this low quality customer support. It feels like that they don't care about there customers.
Update 1:
The mail that I received from Oneplus customer service is just normal case. They don't do anything with this complaint. And they said in there response that they are "customer-oriented company", but there just not if they don't do anything.

The technology on the OnePlus Nord 5 is excellent.
However, by association with their trade-in service and world business srl (also trading as Mondo Affair) they nearly received a 1 star rating. OnePlus need to remove association with the company they use as part of their trade in programme. They are completely missing leading the consumer. The consumer does not have a leg to stand on either.
I was offered EUR189 for my device. My device is new. Did not have a single mark on it. They claim there were signs of use. They do not clarify where exactly the signs of use are. They refer to the photos even though they show no signs of use. I was expecting there to be no issues given the quality of the device I was sending.
I honestly think they are chancers and disingenuous. It's a complete scam.
It reflects poorly on OnePlus for their choice of partner.
The customer service people for OnePlus are responsive. However, they claim it's not their problem to solve. I submitted a complaint and escalated. Currently awaiting reply.
