The dca bot has been lifesaver for my investment strategy. Instead of trying to time the market, I just set it weekly to buy bitcoin with a fixed amount. It runs automatically, and I don't have to stress about opening the app constantly to execute manual buyer.

i did 3 diffrent deposis by bankontact
and they never credited my money or refund it to my bank account
the mony got debited from my bank
bankontact should be an instant deposit ( which they did not credit it)
and they never refunded my money back
even 2 weeks after the transaction!

Pressured my mum to keep giving them money to release the funds in her account, only for them to use that money for trading. We didn't know and my mum kept sending them the money. Then when we asked them to cancel the transaction and refund the money to the account that originally sent the funds, they made us pay $500 that was non-refundable. Don't engage with them.

Despite the company relying on trustpilot, I'm sorry, there's nothing to understand, you and explain away what you've done. The contract was through your website, gaslighting will get you nowhere.

Okx is a Scam, I got scamed by Merak Ai, I elisted the services of Rosewood solicitors. After about a week, they told me that they had recovered the money.
Okx said to activate my wallet account with them, I needed to deposit 500 dollers, which I did.
Okx emailed me to say that the money is in a blocked chain and my funds cannot be released unless I pay another 500 dollers.
I did not have this money, I borrowed from a friend with the hope of giving them their money as soon as my money is released.
The money was then transferred them.
Okx emailed to say that they are happy to release my money.
Okx now put the amount on a wallet that shows the amount of money, but beside the balance 0.07dollers.
Rosewood and emailed okx, they emailed back to say the source of the money is dirty, and need to be investigated.
Now the money that I invested with Merak Ai, was part of my pension that was paid to me last year, how can the source be dirty? Anyhow, Okx demanded that the sum of 1500dollers be paid for the to clear that up.
In order to help me, Rosewood put forward the sum of 900 dollers and I added 700 dollers.
Okx emailed to say that everthing is now ok and the money will be released in a few hours. We waited till the next day, there was nothing from okx.
We now emailed them, only for them to send me the same email that they had sent before the deposit of 1500 dollars, saying the money is dirty money.
Currently, they refused to release the funds recovered and my deposit of over 2500 dollers.
They asking that I deposit another 5000 dollers to recover my funds.
Before anyone should decide to use okx, be ready to lose all your money.

They cheated me with XPL airdrops and now again with BREV airdrop as well. I did not do any transactions which are in violation for the airdrops. I did click on Join and was allowed to join in both the air drops and the app said i earned coins in both the airdrops but nothing was deposited into my account. When i raised tge ticket they gave the same BS taht i was in violation but vaut say what that is.

Company advertises with €100 bonus, however unlike previous wallets which have given me a €50 for depositing €20, this service requires you to deposit AND PURCHASE CRYPTO for €2000 AND keep this in your account for 30 days.

dont use or trust this platform at all for real. you deposit money, or buy crypto, it doesnt matter you WILL GET STUCK WITH NO ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY. I registered on OKX specifically because of their public campaign “Welcome bonus for new users – R$200”.
I accessed the official campaign page and clicked on “Create account” directly from that page. I then completed the registration normally.

After logging into my account, the campaign did not appear in the Reward Center. I contacted OKX support, provided screenshots and links, and was later informed that my account “was not created via the promotional link”, therefore I would not be eligible for the bonus.

The problem is simple:

The promotional page is public.

The button on that page leads directly to the account creation flow.

At no moment does the system warn that the account is not being linked to the campaign.

The user has no way to verify whether the tracking worked.

In the end, OKX promotes a public offer to attract new users, but later denies eligibility based on internal tracking that the customer cannot control or validate. That is misleading marketing practice.

I did not deposit any funds because this situation raised serious trust concerns. If a company fails to honor a basic welcome offer due to internal tracking issues, it does not inspire confidence for larger transactions.

I hope OKX reviews this process and applies fair solutions to affected users.

Easy starting crypto. They provide good support.

Waited week on an answer on a ticket because my refferal of friend got marked as "not fulfilled" even though i am sure my friend met all the requirements for the BTC Bonus you normally get.
waited for weeks to get an answer on why it was denied and even after waiting more than 4 weeks the answer was rubbish.

I am conducting P2P sales of USDT through listings on okx.com. In January 2025, I received a payment of 100,980 TL in exchange for selling 2,754.32 USDT. The order numbers are: 250109171632735 and 250111185510143. After the sale transaction, the funds sent to my bank account led to my account being closed by a head office decision. My account was fully closed after I received the money.

A few months later, I was called in for questioning. It was stated that the individual k*** k****, who sent me the money, had obtained it through illegal means and that I had sold USDT to this person, placing me in a suspect position. However, I had no knowledge of how this person earned the money, nor was it possible for me to know. I do not know this person; I only conducted the sale through the OKX P2P platform. I have sales receipts, the receipt uploaded by the buyer to the system, and screenshots of the sales interface available, and the buyer's OKX profile appears to have completed KYC verification. However, I do not have any other documents like a contract.

Similarly, I have been called in for questioning multiple times before due to different P2P sales, and I have faced the same allegations each time. I am a student and do not have the financial means to hire a lawyer. When I contacted OKX customer service, they only told me that I need to speak with a lawyer and provided no further support on this matter.

I am requesting official and detailed evidence documents from OKX authorities regarding the transactions mentioned above. I reiterate that I do not know these individuals and was simply using the service provided by the platform. Please help resolve my grievance.my chat id #25422898

Warning! Don’t send AED funds to OKX Dubai. They will lockdown your funds once you make a deposit even though you are fully KYC verified and setup the deposit approvals already from Emirates bank. They will not even bother to tell you about the 5-day withdrawal hold period when you make a deposit! Once funds have cleared, then will block crypto withdrawals with a “high risk address” block. My own self-custody address is high-risk eh? You’ve been warned. Stay away from this exchange

my advise is to never use this platform. They take your winning trades everytime you win a trade. They come up with several reasons why your trade was not filled. The also withdraw from your Bank without you knowing until you check your account. very poooor!!!! place to trade Bubble Gum!!!!!. Also, when you complain about it. they will lock you out of your account and keep your balance.

I have been trying to set up my Account several times and it keeps coming back that my ID was out of date which was incorrect. They have not resolved this after almost 3 months. They need to use their EYES and not rely on automated systems. I will be cancelling my account and go elsewhere. Their support is terrible.
