I’m writing this review after processing more than $1.5M in transactions on this platform.

Recently, I received an email stating that a few of my transactions were flagged as “suspicious.” What’s concerning is that these transactions were from nearly two months prior, and no specific details were provided just a general warning to “avoid interacting” with those transactions.

So essentially, you expect users to go through thousands of past transactions, identify a few unspecified ones, and somehow avoid them going forward?

Then, just one week later, my account was completely suspended.

The suspension email instructed me to contact support for clarification. However, when I did, I only received the exact same generic message again, with no additional explanation or guidance.

This approach is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. With a transaction history of this scale, I expected a much more precise, transparent, and solution-oriented handling of the situation not a vague warning followed by a complete account block.

There were clearly better ways to resolve this issue. Instead, the decision felt abrupt and heavy-handed.

I sincerely hope the platform improves its communication and review process for users in similar situations.

I moved here from Base and it’s been the worse I have ever experienced. My second purchase was only $115 paid by Apple Pay and it put a hold on it where I couldn’t transfer it. The whole point of having the account is to buy crypto and send to my personal address and I can’t do it like this. Customer service seems
Non existent been over 24 hours and no response. Ended up selling my crypto and tried to withdraw it and they put my cash on hold too! Couldn’t even connect my bank, well my bank said it was connected but got error saying they denied it whe it’s my bank in my name! Seems like a scam or something. Now my cash is just setting there and I can’t do anything and service is nonexistent. I cannot recommend this site at all!

Reply to their reply: I did contact you! I sent two support tickets and no reply! Nonsense reply to this post just to get better rating!

To withdraw your earnings you have to deposit to an account they will provide. I went through the process twice, its been 2 weeks now and all they say is your concern has been escalated from one agent to another, will ask for proof of transactions and you will have to go this trouble again and again for nothing, you just lost the money you've deposited to them. Scammers!

got referred, ordered a virtual card, made three payments at 10 euros each, merchant has claimed the amount, transaction fullfilled, counter still 0/3, support says just wait.
payments completed by merchant should raise the rewards counter, doesnt seem legit for me at this point

Case 7429763: OKX Wallet displayed fake USD prices, causing financial loss. Support is ignoring my formal complaint and even blocked me on X to hide the issue. Extremely unprofessional. I am reporting this to regulators.

I have been an active P2P user on OKX with a strong trading history. Recently, my account was restricted from posting ads.

The main issue is not just the restriction itself, but the way it was handled. I was clearly informed by their support team that my restriction had been lifted.

Based on this information, I continued my normal activity on the platform. However, I was later told that this information was incorrect and related to a “separate matter,” without any clear explanation.

The team later admitted that misinformation had been provided, yet refused to clarify what actually happened.

Additionally, I submitted a data access request asking for transparency regarding the decisions affecting my account, but I did not receive a complete response.

This experience shows a serious lack of transparency, consistency, and accountability in their support system.

I hope OKX improves how they handle user cases and provides clear and accurate information.

Great tool for handling chargebacks. The automation saves a lot of time and the interface is clean and easy to use. Support is helpful and responsive too. Not perfect yet, but definitely a reliable solution for growing businesses.

The worst app I have ever used. I wanted to make a deposit and than message came to my email that deposit has failed, I made another deposit, same thing. And suddenly on the next day money starting leaving my account I asked about this situation and that said they are sorry... I wanted to get a refund for the inconvenience caused by this mess and they said no. Still I did not get confirmation where I my money, they just wrote not to worry on a chat. So unprofessional. I guess I might just lost money.

I just made two transaction from this wallet. Fee is very less compared to other wallet!

UPDATE: OKX replied here to look good in public, but in reality, they sent me an email saying their support email is NO LONGER ACTIVE. This is pure manipulation. My 1349 USDT is still locked under ID BLOCK.

UPDATE: OKX Support confirmed they are withholding my 1349 USDT under ID BLOCK and refused to release it, asking me to involve police to talk to their legal team. They are holding my money hostage without any legal grounds. Total scam behavior. Ticket 31286741."

The app works fine and trading is smooth most of the time. However, the customer support response time is quite slow when you have an issue. All other is okay.

Beginner friendly for new traders and crypto enthusiasts. Would recommend it if you're into checking the markets regularly, they have the best updates.
