First time experience of offUgo- 5* experience
This was the first time I have rented a car outside of the UK. After quite a bit of research, I opted to go with offUgo. The whole experience using this company was excellent. Excellent communication. Car was waiting in the car park at Palma airport. Instructions to find was ok. The pictures provided appeared to be old, therefore we were looking for a sign, as per the pic, that prob didn't exsist anymore. However, just made our own way to the 6th Floor of the car park and found the car easily.Very easy to unlock the car, using the remote service via the app/website. Only tricky bit, was getting phone signal in the car park! On returning, again, a very simple and clear process. Car was perfect, no issues at all. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Very simple process
Very simple process. Only issue was just the airport parking lot to get in and out, but not a fault of Offugo.
Will definitely rent from here again.

We really loved renting a car from Offugo. The car was directly delivered to the airport and we were able to collect it in the parking lot (huge advantage no waiting time). The car is new and very clean. Loved travelling around Mallorca with it. Definitely recommended.

Little help for new users, was a bit complicated with check in, especiaĺly When you will wait for transport from airport to the company for car. You have to wait where taxi parking and then the right side small bus pick up you.
