Fantastic customer service
I have a number of ninja products which are all excellent quality, the customer service is amazing, I had an issue with an item I bought before our kitchen was refurbished, the process took longer than expected when we finally opened the air fryer there was a broken piece, I was fully prepared to purchase a replacement as a number of months had passed, I contacted ninja who listened and organised a return and replacement no questions asked. Very happy Thank you Ninja.

I have my old one away and now treat myself to a new one, I’m not a gadget person but I absolutely love my nija.
