I ordered 2 kids ugly sweater pajamas on the 4th of Dec that I needed for the 14th. I kept watchful of the tracking until about the 10th and when it still hadn't arrived at post office I contacted them and was told it had been shipped. I asked for them to just cancel it, i know it hadn't shipped, I was told it shipped id have to return it. Forgot to mention these were for my girls to wear to my wedding!

Ordered an ugly sweater as a Christmas gift on Dec 6. The site advertised an expected arrival of December 19 at time of order. I just received the item today on January 5.

The site charged more than competitors and showed an arrival time before Christmas so I chose to use them. In reality the work order was placed with their Chinese manufacturer then. It didn’t ship from China until 12/24. The final delivery occurred on 01/05.

This is a domestic company based out of Texas that lies and tells you what you want to hear. They get their product from Temu quality suppliers and then tacks on a healthy upcharge. If this is what buying American looks like, I’m ashamed to be American.

They have not responded to emails asking for a refund and cancellation of the order before it arrived. I feel it was a breach of contract as I bought from them based on the design and its ability to be received by the advertised date.

Just order direct from Temu next time. Same quality, same shipping speed, 10x better customer service, much better pricing.

I've never shopped on a worse website my t-shirt never came and they didn't reply to my emails

I ordered a Rock-Ola jukebox from In The New Age on July 06, 2023. James Bolin told me If I paid the full price, I would get 5% off. I researched the Rock-Ola web site and saw the 5 star reviews, so I didn't figure any issues would happen. I received a receipt from ITNA, and it stated it could take 7-10 months to receive the jukebox. I checked in several times with INTA, and was told the order was placed, and I should expect it in April 2024. I went on line in April 2024, to ITNA website, and POOF! it was gone. I called Rock-Ola, and was told , they never received my order or was paid by James Bolin or ITNA. So James Bolin stole my money and I got nothing. I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office and the FTC, about In The New Age.

The shirt showed up but no communication whatsoever.

Do not recommend.

Horrible site! They take your money and do not reply to emails or send the product. Phone is constantly busy. Don't shop there.

Absolutely disgusting I ordered very pricey rug for my son for Christmas and took my money but never sent the product. Don't respond to my emails or phone line is constantly busy. Scam scam!!

I ordered a mask that looked amazing online. When I received my mask it was super blurry. I tried reaching out to the support team to try and make things better but I have still yet to hear from them. A little pricey as well. Their website says 30 day money back but you have to pay for your return and whose to say you will even get your money back if they can’t even respond to an email. Wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone after what I went through. Now I’m stuck with a blurry mask because nobody ever responded to me.

Great quality shirt.... ran true to size. I’ve received a lot of compliments. Thank you!. Christmas gifts for my Sister’s & I. Super cute, their going to love them.
