Brazilian coffee meets Swiss science. That’s how NESCAFÉ was born. It all started in 1930, when the Brazilian government asked the NESTLÉ company to create "coffee cubes". The Brazilians' goal was to use their large coffee surplus. Eight years of re...

Reduced Nescafe coffee jar from 200g to…
Reduced Nescafe coffee jar from 200g to 190g and still the same price this is called SHRINKFLATION
Will not be buying any more coffee from Nescafe, Purchased coffee from Aldi which is just as good and far cheaper
Can’t believe how awful the new Nescafé…
Can’t believe how awful the new Nescafé Cappucino unsweetened sachets are now. Not only reduced to 7 in a box but don’t get a thick foam like they used to and the taste is horrible. Why mess with a perfectly good recipe as now I won’t be buying them ever again. Please change back to the original or no one will be buying these vile so called Cappucinos again
More Unsweetened Nescafe Cappuccino
There always appears to be a shortage of Nescafe Cappuccino UNSWEETENED, or the stores just don't stock it.
The sweetened one is not pleasant if you don't take sugar.
Nescafé Cappuccino boxes just got Shrinkier
I hope Nescafé get to experience the negativity towards their current daylight robbery.
Everyone has picked up on the 8 to 7 disappearing act. But did you also know they've shaved off nearly 10% of the quantity in each sachet, that's why it's watery and tastes like a cup of dishwater.
How to trash your own previously good quality product and replace it with an impoverished drinking experience! Well done, Nescafé, great move (not!)
Cynical and clearly caring more about profit than customer satisfaction. Time to stop wasting money!
What happened to nescafe cappuccinos
Been buying 3 x boxes of unsweetened cappuccinos for as long as I can remember. They have been out of stock every where. Suddenly back in but not the chino I know, will not be buying anymore as no longer got that quality about it. It now just very watery. Absolutely disgusting will look for a new drink sadly.
Well I do gotta say
Well I do gotta say, the coffee is very good itself, but recently we haven't been getting. Chocolate shakers in with the large boxes, you can't have a nescafe cappuccino without the chocolate shakers, very disappointed
Ripped off again
So once again a shortage of Nescafé sachets followed by shrinkflation. More likely a clear out of old packaging. Another company taking its customers for mugs, and one less mug of coffee!
the amount of servings have now reduced…
the amount of servings have now reduced to 7 and have also gone up in price they where 3.99 euro for 8 servings now they are 4.25 euro for 7 servings can someone please explain why this is happening I think it is time to find a differnt cappacino
Shaker stolen
Stoped buying because of chocolate shaker not being put in products anymore.
Well I've been buying the nescaf toffee…
Well I've been buying the nescaf toffee nut and caramel sachets you used to get eight in a box now I noticed their scamming you near only putting seven in a box apparently they deliberately held the distribution until the shops ran out of nescaf with 8 in a box then introduced seven in a box so people wouldn't notice I find it absolutely discussing and despicable what you are doing you are making vast amounts of profit and you just have to grab a little bit more well I used to get through about 10 boxes a week now I don't buy any
Drunk Nescafe original for over 30years, never again, they’ve changed it
Coffee pods for my machine we’re becoming more expensive so I started drinking nescafe cappucino sachets for a while and now finding that more expensive (less sachets in box) i decided to buy a jar of my go to coffee. Have drunk nescafe original for years.
BUT never again. What have they done to it, ugh! It now tastes like the really cheap brands. I’ve only had two cups from opening the jar, the second cup was because i couldn’t believe the first and i always have coffee first thing , needed my coffee..
I’m sorry nescafe you truly messed it up, you’ve probably changed to a much cheaper recipe and we pay the same price for a jar.
Not buying this again. So sad.
Nescafe Gold Blend
Nescafe Gold Blend is not my normal coffee of choice (I prefer L'or) but this was on offer so decided to give it a go as I remember it being a good coffee. What have they done to it? Bitter and weak tasting with a horrible scum at the bottom. What a disappointment, why do they have to muck about with tried and tested brand? Its in the bin as I cant serve this crap to my guests.
New IMPROVED Nescafe is so different
New IMPROVED Nescafe is so different. It is no longer strong and has a bitter taste to it. Its like drinking Ricoffy now. Not sure how can the quality drop because of the change in packaging? Now must i throw my money down the Drain? as it is horrible
The 'new original' Nescafe is awful…
The 'new original' Nescafe is awful....bitter and horrible and taste like cheap coffee, I'll not buy another jar (and I drink a LOT of it)
- YUCK, YUCK, YUCK
I agree with previous complainant David…
I agree with previous complainant David Furrber ...Nescafe removed their boxed special coffees which held 8 sachets & replaced them with boxes holding 7 sachets, same price tho & no explanation !!! If u remember, these used to be sold as boxes containing 10 sachets... what a rip off !!! time to move on to a competitor product ....
Taste has changed and I've drunk this…
Taste has changed and I've drunk this for over 30 years, leaves remnants in cup and also stains it, I spilt it once hard to clean also ..what has changed ? Need a new coffee any recommendations??
Reduced Pack, Same Price
After weeks of unavailability of Cappuccino sachets at ALL supermarkets, was finally back on shelves at Tesco today. And lo & behold, the boxes now repackaged to contain 7 sachets instead of 8 at the same price !!
Shock Horror, a manufacturer downsizing their product but not their price. Guess they just assume customers won’t notice an effective price rise of 12.5%, and probably don’t care either !!
I purchased Nescafe Gold Smooth earlier…
I purchased Nescafe Gold Smooth earlier this month (May/25) to try it.
It looks and tastes like a really cheap coffee in a packet (powdered. Not even granulated) with at least 3 times the price! Rip off!!
That was my first and definitely my last purchase of this horrible product.
Bought Nescafe 6 smooth
Bought Nescafe 6 smooth. Taste awful, bitter, no taste of coffee at all.
Cost £8 for 200gr.
Will look for another brand
Truly a highly dangerous product
Truly a highly dangerous product. I stupidly brought their Nescafe Cappuccino packages in a box. All I could taste was chemicals, no sign of coffee whatsoever. Avoid.
