Liza did a great job getting my data…

Liza did a great job getting my data from my old Neat software to the cloud based system. It took several days and many hours but she was patient and worked hard to make sure the data was accurately migrated.

Some initial delays in communication…

Some initial delays in communication but they went above and beyond. Their issues are on keeping up with new Apple releases for their scanner drivers, but I think they have phased out of their own scanners. I only wish Neat made it simpler to scan receipts in via other scanners!
Hi! I see you think that Liza was able to install a scanner driver - that isn’t true. She was awesome in trying, but if you check with her, you will see it didn’t work. She stated that you all are aware that you don’t have a scanner driver that works with the latest OS for Mac.

Thanks! And thank you for working on the issue - you guys rock. Outside of this one thing, everything about NEAT is awesome!
