Liza was such an amazing help to me. He helped explain the Neat Scanner Model that I have & how I can still use my scanner. He helped me set up an account, waited while it downloaded, made sure my scanner is set up, how to use my scanner, & he made sure that all my questions were answered & I knew what I was doing before he let me go. I went into the chat room and was immediately serviced by a knowledgeable tech rep who assisted me with a problem I was experiencing getting into Neat. The problem occurred when I used the wrong password in trying to open Neat. I have used Neat for many years and when I need support, someone at Neat is always there.

I rated my recent experience with Neat online chat five stars because of my experience with Liza. Liza listened and answered my questions. I know their job is to get you to buy a different plan, but I had to say NO at this time. Neat should info their customers of what's new.

Alma made the process which took weeks to complete easy
After watching and being instructed by Alma I was able to fix erroneous files and keep the upload of 7000+ images working until all the receipts and documents were in the cloud

I used a Neat scanner and software for personal finances for years than they abruptly dropped product support for individuals in favor of their small business product line. Don't trust them with valuabke data, you may not be able to access it when you need it in the future. ilt's all proprietary and when they drop support for your product or raise prices above your current ability to pay, so sorry for you.

I began my customer service journey, yesterday via the chat option. I was paired with Liza and she tried several times to get my scanner to connect to my Wi-Fi system, but to no avail. She explained that we could use a cord, and directly connect to my laptop, pc. Unfortunately, I had to order a cord from Amazon, and wait for it to arrive. This didn’t stop Liza! She called me today, and we worked together to get the scanner working!
There are VERY FEW customer service reps that are willing to go that far to help a customer! I am thrilled! Thank you, Liza for your help, and for going the extra mile to bring my problem to an end!
