The worst manicure in my life. The shellac fell off all my nails in one week!! When I asked for a refund, they would not give me that. Service is rude and technique is bad.

Review for Natural Nails Bromsgrove. I have decided not to use them again as I pay for parking just to sit and wait 30 minutes again when I have an appointment.

I was kept waiting 30 mins even though I had made an appointment for 2:30 pm for a pedicure. They asked me to put my feet in cold water for the last 15 mins trying to imply they would attend to me shortly but nothing happened. I even told them I had to leave in 30 mins by 3:30 pm which would shave off 15 mins of my appointment. They kept falsely insisting that we would finish. I ultimately left with no service at 3:05 pm. Terrible and unprofessional

I like the location, place, atmosphere and, of course, my manicure! Could feel the difference. Before I always felt, like my nails are in fire, while I m drying the coating in that lamp. Today I felt nothing painful at all. Thank you so much

Not the absolute best nail experience I had but it does the job and the staff was very careful not damaging my nails, which I appreciate. It is also easy to book an appointment after working hours, so I’ll come back.

The woman was really rude and shouting a lot at me and other people please do not come here it's so bad that I will never come here again !!!

I got acrylic nails done for 6 days ago, and the clear top coat has already begon to peal off. The woman who did my nails talked about how good the quality of
the nail polish was, but she proves her point very wrong. I asked for french tip, and there are tiny air bobbles in the white nail polish. At the end of each acrylic nail, the white nail polish has faded and i can see the plastic from the acrylic nail. Don’t waste your time and money here. Way too pricy for the bad quality.

I’ve been there twice now for a shellac manicure, and have the pleasure of having Claudia do my nails both times - she’s very attentive to detail, quick but thorough and very professional and kind. It’s a lovely and quiet place, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Clean and comfortable as well; highly recommend it!

Went for pedicure. Polish was uneven, and didn’t dry properly (despite waiting for at least 15 min), so it was destroyed by the socks already when I arrived home.

When directly I returned to complain I was only offered 20% in compensation in cash (I wanted it on the card). So I spent almost 2 hours (incl. the trip back) and 300 kr and didn’t get anything out of it, since I of course needed to remove the ugly polish.

They have done a good job before though, but I will not visit them again.

I highly recommend Natural Salon for anyone who is looking for a very good quality, yet a fantastic customer service. I was very happy about the result and the experience. Definitely will be a regular customer at the wonderful Natural Nails :D
