Probably the worst Customer Service…
Probably the worst Customer Service I've experienced. When you call them, you have an automatic message asking to send an email because it'll be faster. I've got answered in the next day with a question from their representative and then, after 3 emails and 2 months from my side answering their inquiries, I've never received an answer.
Just think that you can't open your garage door anymore and they won't provide you support to fix the issue.
