Bad customer service, expensive shavers gave me a rash, products are bad in general. They don't respond to customer inquiries.

My husband is VERY particular about the products he uses. When his original shave soap stopped being manufactured, I bought him a few options to choose from. The Mühle aloe vera has become his favorite. He even admitted it was better than his original choice. Great company, great product.

Very easy to order and received exactly what was ordered.

With much anticipation, I received my new shaving set with a fusion razor and synthetic brush with a porcelain shaving cream bowl and it has made shaving a pleasure. The brush is very soft and gets the lather going. The sandalwood scent is very pleasant. I get a real close shave without any nicks and scrapes. 😁 it’s no longer a battle. 😂

Great Site, Products and Service

I like the elegance, craftsmanship, and functionality of Muhle's razors. I recently compared Muhle's shaving soap to the brand I've used for years. Muhle's shaving soaps work equally, but at more than half the cost—and they last as long!

Muhle R41 is a very good safety razor. It is little aggressive but if you hold it correct it will give you a very good clean shave. I have the R89, also both are really great razors.

The order was not for me and therefore cannot comment on the full functionality and quality. Price seem reasonable for what looked like good, quality products. Giving it a 4-star because the razor did not include a blade. For a $200+ razor-brush set one would expect the razor to come with atleast 1 blade so that the recipient may be able use it right away. I ended up placing another order for the blades. The product page on the website does not specify that blade is not included but does say what is included and does not say blade included anywhere. Therefore, one need to be careful when ordering and make sure to order blades. The order included a free 2pk shaving towels. All items are good, quality products and makes a great gift option.
