Didn't follow through on what was promised .... Clicked on requested valuation and get…

Clicked on requested valuation and get a cash offer. I haven't gotten a valuation yet, though I have brokers contacting me to get a listing. I spoke with a "coordinator" (863) 591-3227 who claimed to be from Movoto saying would I consider working with the person he wanted to transfer me to. He said I was to open minded to give them a fair shot. I said I didn't understand what he meant "working with them." I said I am leary of people who promise a valuation or a cash offer and then don't do what they promised and try to get you to do something else. I'm happy to speak with whomever wants to make a cash offer but what is it he's talking about "working with them"
He said this call isn't going anywhere and he hung up on me. To me they seemed untrustworthy.

Whoever said you don't need to sign…

Whoever said you don't need to sign anything. That is NOT true. You have to at least have a pre-agency agreement to open the door. Per the Federal law changes. Google it. And as far as the agents, there will be good and bad as a lit pay for leads and you need to screen them before you hire them. Meet, talk, get to know their demeanor and personality before you hire them. If they won't offer you a " buyer consultation", don't bother. There are great agents and bad agents. Just like any other job.

I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

Review for Heval Heber Dealing with Heval was a nightmare as first time buyers we didn’t know better he pressured us through out our whole journey! Several times I questioned things he said and he assured me I was over thinking everything I had to google to get answers to many of my questions! He did not help or protect us he had us sign off on ALL contingencies despite my better judgment I questioned the pest inspection he said we didn’t need it that we didn’t see any signs of bugs I felt uneasy and told my husband how I felt I couldn’t sleep with all the discrepancies and my gut telling me something was wrong about the whole deal! My husband wanted to comfort me so he called Heval about 7-8pm and Heval was drinking my husband tried telling him how I felt my husband had the phone on speaker and I could hear Heval get loud and aggressive saying he’s doing everything he can and we’re just being paranoid I could sense my husband was getting upset so I told him to just hang up and I’d call him tomorrow.. Long story short Heval did nothing but pressure us through out the whole process all he cared about is his commission and lied to us the whole time gas lighting me telling me I was over thinking everything he even called my sister to close me when I tried to back out of the deal and she told him she was the last person he should ask to help him because she wanted me to back out as well! After 3 months of going back and forth having a gut feeling something was wrong no pest inspection squatters in the home Heval pressured us to sign papers while the squatters were still in the house! We refused the seller finally paid the tenants to get out we sign close and get into the house to find out it’s infested with roaches and we can’t even think of moving in until we kill them .. I reached out to Heval to tell him what we were dealing with and he just continued to gas light me saying he told us to get a pest inspection that was a lie then said I could have backed out at any time when I told him he was a Liar and took advantage of us as first time home buyers who didn’t know better he basically laughed at us .. I have texts I will be sharing with the association of real estate to let them know what this guy did to us

You should not advertise apartments in…you shouldn't advertise at all you just wasting people's time and their battery in their phone

You should not advertise apartments in Chatsworth for $500 or less than $500 a month there's no such thing and you're wasting people's time by placing things like that on the internet I've seen dozens of websites that start off with that statement, the statement that says apartments under $500 a month cheap rent in Chatsworth, the rent should go down in price not up and that's never going to happen, partially for two reasons one after the pandemic everybody got greedy especially the banks and the mortgage lenders, and the people who already are paying those high price rents looking down on the people that are living on the street, and lasa county and City officials have no power at all to force owners to lower their rental prices, or the very involved process whether there's a waiting list or not of section 8 even that isn't cheap enough and then there's the contracts that when a person does get an apartment the contract is usually in legal terms "u
"Unconscionable!!!", with the perspective tenant not able to line veto the contract without the owner of the property refusing to rent to them because they don't want someone who will line veto their contracts much of the things in contracts today across the whole country no matter what city you're in has a number of unconscionable request written out in the contract but most people are so desperate to get into a place that they'll sign anything waving many of their legal rights as a renter or as a Leaseor just to get into a place, you may not like this manifesto that I'm dictating but your society creates people that will do violent things including setting fires and many other criminal activities as an answer to the criminal activities that I would call using the color of law by those in authority in the city and states and the federal levels, to violate a person's inalienable rights and requesting that they waive some of those rights in order to pay the ridiculous rents that the banks and the landlords have created!!!!!, those situations I'm sure that this long monologue is not going to solve any problems, and you certainly aren't going to contact me or get the media, because as far as the media is concerned they're part of the conspiracy to whether it's directly or indirectly the media also hurts people who are renters and homeless people they're in on it whether they want to admit it or not or make up excuses that they're not in it which they are the proof is all around you!!!!, and I'm sure no one is going to get involved to do something about this, instead there has been a prop 33 which people have to vote on about housing shortages billions of dollars have gone to organizations in cities where they still can't solve the homeless problems!!!, where did all that money go, there's a lot of created out of pocket expenses that are used illegally just to be able to pocket money legally that is dedicated specifically for solving the homeless problems, sooner or later you are creating a lone wolf domestic terrorist situation, or some of those homeless people will turn to violent criminal activity because of the anger they all hold inside of themselves at the almost endless homeless problems, if you really want to solve some of the problems or help solve some of the problems stop advertising that there are cheap apartments less than $500 on the internet!!!, I'm using my battery time up on my phone at 3:00 in the morning only to have to dictate this to try to drum it into your stupid heads and that's what it is stupid brains stupid actions, which is repeated actions that are very big mistakes which multiply themselves on top of each other and are as tall as skyscrapers when you stand back and look at all those people on the internet that are publishing those statements about cheap apartments

68 ROYAL ST GEORGES WAY RANCHO MIRAGE CA.

68 ROYAL ST. GEORGES WAY RANCHO MIRAGE IS A HORRIBLE RENTAL HOUSE
We rented this house for five months last winter. There were landscape people working in the yard for two weeks after we moved in. We could not sit outside for 3 months because of the odor from the pool and hot tub which had algae and rotten debris in them. We never were able to use the pool or the hot tub because the owner never got the boiler working for us. 24 dishes were chipped and no cushions on patio chairs it took over 6 weeks for the owner to replace them. The furniture in this house is a disgrace torn cushions, legs off sofas, fabric coming off bottom of chairs, chair backs broken, all furniture is worn out. The owners had an employee come into the house when we were out and did not notify us. All the windows in the house were filthy. All the blinds have pinholes in them. The pots and pans had grease and dirt on them which we had to clean. The mattress in the 2nd master bedroom was stained (looked like a pee stain) and the owner did not change it out for a month even though there was a new mattress wrapped up in the garage. Most of the toilets did not work right when I talked to their plumber, he said they were just old. We left for home on March 31,2024 it is now June 7,2024 and we still have not received our deposit back.
THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOUSE BEWARE

So far I am just trying to search for a home THAT IS NOT IN A 55+ COMMUNITY. Movoto doesn't offer a 55+ filter and many of their descriptions don't include this information. So in my experience, your search engine is an unnecessarily disgusting waste of time. Fufufufu

Just had my first experience with movoto! They are the only site that won’t take my house off the website. I called to have it removed because with it on the site I can’t airbnb the residence. The lady I spoke with told me she can’t take it down. The agent can’t take it down. Thanks Movoto

Excellent tenants

Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification. Sincerely, Homeowner, Gary Lindberg
