Good experience overall but I felt a little pushed with them trying to get me to take out there warranty. I did think i got a good part exchange price which I was happy with. Wish they had a 14 day return policy as I am not sure i chose the right car.

Our car wasn’t right when we went to…
Our car wasn’t right when we went to collect, there were scratches still on the bonnet, this caused me issues as I had changed the insurance over.
The. Second time pick up had been arranged, I got a call at 4 pm to say the car wouldn’t be ready again, eventually the third attempt was good, the issues rectified, and a tank of petrol as an apology.just didn’t get off to a good start .

Collecting my new car experience
I collected my new mini from Derby, but it was transferred from Castleford. Kareem at Castleford (even though never seen him face-to-face) as been brilliant all tje way through the process. He has been very prompt getting back to me via email, answered all my questions and been so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process!
