Extremely poor customer service
Ordered some Jeans had an email a week later to say they are out of stock so requested refund and then nothing for two weeks, after two emails requesting an update and still no refund so have reported to my credit card company as fraudulent.

Great new retailer - highly recommended
Purchased items a few times now and had no issues at all. When one of my purchases needed returning, through no fault of Motohawk's, they couldn't do enough to make sure I had a replacement product immediately. Really friendly team and I will absolutely be shopping with them again - I would highly recommend you do too.

Ridiculously slow customer services
Ridiculously slow customer services. No information regarding stock for over a week until I contacted to question where my delivery was only to be informed the item ordered had gone out of stock! As a new Motohawk customer my experience has been one that means i will NOT use again.
The one star is for the product ordered. THAT was fantastic and exactly what i wanted(all be it a different colour!
SPORTBIKESHOP would be my recommendation!
