The pillow arrived almost a month later…
The pillow arrived almost a month later than expected and was marketed as a supportive health/back pillow, which is why I purchased it, but that was not our experience. When we requested a return under their “Easy Returns” and “Money Back Guarantee,” we were taken through multiple emails with support before being denied a refund because the vacuum-sealed package had been opened. I hope the company will review this situation and honor the return policy that was advertised at the time of purchase.
