I was excited to get this book, Ayurveda, a life of balance. And while the cover looks fine, the paper quality is shockingly poor — literally looks like photocopy paper and will tear easily. For a reputed publisher like Motilal Banarsidass, this is completely unacceptable. Books like this are meant to last for years, but this edition feels like a waste of money. Buyers should be aware before purchasing.
I do not belive this publisher. When I ordered the book through online,book store was increasing the price Rs 1695 to Rs 2595. Delivery charge and book price C$195= Indian Rs11809.16. I got same book in another publisher in India, Book price Rs1495+delivery Rs 1650=Rs 2795=C$46.15. Same thing happend to me two times. Do not trust Motilal Banarsidas book publisher and publisher.Motilal Banarsidass company is fraudulent,dishonest,cheating company. Please check other publisher in India. Same books you can find cheaper price
MLBD is Motilal Banarsidass Publishing House located in New Delhi, India. Just had an order delivered from them - it took 12 days to get from India to the UK, quite a large package of books. They use DHL as shipper. Very impressed.
