I have been using Miss Patisserie products since they first appeared. From the original cup cake style design to the current bath bombs and shower steamers I love all their products. They smell amazing and leave my skin super soft. The body scrubs are fabulous and the Manoi oil just so luxurious. I use their products every day and I'm lost if I run out before my next order arrives. The customer service is always second to none and the team super friendly and helpful. I would give more stars if I could.

I can’t really fault the service or the shopping experience, I just don’t think the products are worth the price point. The bath bombs don’t produce anything like the picture. As all they have done in turned the water blue and left the tiniest amount of white foam on top. The scent is ok but not as strong as other, cheaper bath balls I have tried.

Really average, not as good quality as the bath bombs used to be 4 or so years ago. Pretty disappointed. Didn't really float a lot of colour on the surface just kind of dropped to the bottom of the bath after a while, the scent was nice but average and dissapated pretty quickly. I think the price point for the products is very high for what I received.

I like the range of products, the fact that these are made within the UK (in Cardiff), and the fact that they are vegan (which I assume also means no animal testing). The bath slabs leave the bathroom smelling nice but you have to use quite a lot of the slab to get any effect in my opinion (not the 2-3 cubes suggested on the pack). I thought they would be a more cost-efficient alternative to the bath bombs but only slightly. I tried the Turkish Delight bath slab and it smelled good and fizzed but then dissipated almost instantly, leaving me with a not-very fragrant, blue/purple bath.

Whilst I understand that a bath bomb can only deliver so much, the pictures on the website give the impression that the products deliver a marbled, colourful, foamy, and Instagram worthy effect in the bath; so I was a little disappointed. I wouldn't want to use a whole slab in the bah (about £6 worth) just to get some gram-worthy pics!

PLASTIC: When shopping on the site, and looking through the products, it looked as if they may just be wrapped in cardboard. However, when they arrived, every item had a plastic wrap. This has really put me off as I put quite a lot of effort into using as little plastic in my bathroom as possible (from the shampoo to the toothpaste). A lot of the products are single-use - a bath bomb for example - therefore making this single-use plastic wrap. Not for me thanks! I'd be happy to trade a little loss of fragrance and a bit of crumbling for plastic-free packaging. (:

Overall, the products are OK value especially if you use a discount code (and I got a free product). I'm torn on whether I'd order again simply because of the plastic-wrap.
