I’ve been using Millington Travel in Hinckley for a long time now and they never fail to deliver. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I book all my trips with Sarah, and she is brilliant every single time. She takes all the stress out of planning and makes sure everything is sorted down to the last detail. It’s reassuring knowing your holiday is in such good, capable hands. Always a great experience, highly recommended!

Staff go above and beyond. We have booked numerous holidays with these lovely ladies. Always a smile and nothing is too much trouble . Even when we got delayed once in Amsterdam , they were at hand even answering emails . When we needed advice , when store was closed.

We travel as a multi generational group age ranging from 5 to 72 ,love going on holiday together and they deliver every time ! Wouldn't go with anyone else !

I have always found the service provided by staff members at the Hinckley branch to be first class. However, Sandra and Suzanne deserve special mention, as they were invariably friendly, knowledgeable and professional regarding all aspects of our river cruise booking – as well as in dealing with the additional workload resulting from its late cancellation due to low water levels on the Rhine.
I have no hesitation, or 'reservations', about recommending their services.

The staff at Millington Travel in Hinckley are amazing. From the moment you enter the store you are made welcome. They listen carefully and are excellent at finding everything you require. I am disabled and they researched hotels for everything I needed then, three weeks before our holiday our hotel decided to close early for maintenance. The service the ladies provided in ensuring that the replacement hotel, which was an upgrade, could provide for my needs was first class.
